We are giving Matthew the crossbow today. The only, but important, complaint is that one online review stated that extra "arrows" were needed because the three included get lost quickly! I could NOT find any extra online or at the store!!

This product is not for small children, and is definitely an outside toy. That being said, it is very well made (metal bow, and hard plastic body with very few moving parts to break). It will shoot a dart fairly far. Buy the extra darts! It only comes with 3.
For the money this is a great item.
