The exclusive Tilt 'n Drain feature of this cool touch electric griddle makes it easy to adjust the grilling surface from level to a tilted draining surface for meats. I was skeptical when I bought this griddle. I needed a multifunctional product because I was losing all my pots, pans, and skillets. I use this for eggs, sausage patties/links, bacon, pancakes, fish, chicken, steaks, toast, and much more! It is so multifunctional! I am amazed I found this product for so cheap and at Wal-Mart (no offense). If you need a griddle, buy this one! It is definitely worth it.

I recently purchased the Presto BigGriddle and couldn't be happier with it. My purchase arrived on the date promised at the store I requested, packaging not damaged, and a text was sent to my cell phone notifying me I could pick it up anytime within the next 2 weeks. It's the perfect size to cook everything my wife and kids want at the same time. It's also very easy to clean and store. Great value for the price.

We have a large family, this makes things so much easier for us. It's very easy to use and clean. My 9 yr old son was even able to use it. I can see where in places it does not cook evenly but that mainly seems to happen if it isn't warmed up all the way. We love it. Going to get one for a friend.

I purchased two to use at a pancake breakfast fundraiser. I was able to make 24 perfectly cooked pancakes in 3 minutes flat. It is a large device, but so worth it. I now use one to cook breakfast for my family of 4. I can cook breakfast and have everything cleaned up and put away in less than 10 minutes!

We upgraded from a smaller griddle by same manufacturer after 6 yrs of using it for weekend family brunch and as an extra cooking surface for large gatherings. What we like about this griddle is the tilt function that helps drain the oil more quickly to the oil pan underneath. Also, it is wider by about 5-6 inches than the old griddle which mean more cooking surface. It's portable and have used it outdoors for backyard barbeque. It sturdy and easy to clean.

I just got the griddle so I can't comment on the durability.
Love the size of the cooking surface, but cleaning over the sink and storing it away is a little more challenging than a smaller griddle.
This doesn't affect the performance of cooking, but on the back side of the griddle where the Product Logo and general spec.s are casted in the griddle, a couple of word were mis-spelled.
I called Presto and told them about it, they will have their Engineering look into it !

So glad my old one fell off the counter and busted into pieces, because I would not have tried this one. All the grills that are displayed in the store do not measure up to this one. This one is a great size, I can cook an entire breakfast for my family - hubby, two 20+ year old sons and myself - all at once. Plenty of room for bacon, sausages and eggs! My husband says this grill is well thought out because it is very easy to clean too!

We made sweet potato & pecan pancakes for Thanksgiving and buttery crepes for breakfast a few days later, both delicious -- and cooked quickly on the Presto BigGriddle Cool Touch Griddle. The heat was uniform across the entire surface of the griddle so all the pancakes/crepes finished at the same time. I was able to spend more time with family, less time cooking and cleaning up. After cleaning the griddle, I covered the surface with aluminum foil to keep it from getting dusty. It stores easily.

This griddle has a good sized cooking area. I cooked enough meat and vegetables for two philly cheese steaks and had enough room to heat the sub buns at the same time. I also cooked four 6" pancakes and 2 eggs at the same time. It did an excellent job. Clean up was easy with a wet paper towel.
