I purchased this as a gift for my daughter she Foster Cares and has a little boy that just turned one so we sent him a present. Our granddaughter has a similar toy and it has kept her entertained so this was an easy choice. It also comes in a kit with other toys but the ship to home was out of that but I was able to purchase the parts seperate but it was a lot more expensive. I use the ship to home or ship to store for my daughter who lives 1500 miles away and avoid post office lines and higher fees this Walmart Shipping ability is a lifesaver and I am able to easily send items to my grandchildren without breaking the bank at the post office or the UPS Store which is a long drive.

I bought this toy when my son was 6 months old. It wasn't untill he was over a year and his cordination began developing that he could truly appreciate this toy. Now he drags the girraffe all over the living room and doesn't tire of the laugh or excitment of the balls dropping out. Slowly the spring is starting to jam from the constant banging and use. The value and year of entertainment is definately worth it.

My 8 month old grandson loved this in the box and immediately was picking up the balls and putting them in once opened. He had a ball with it. I found a deal that included a 4 piece teething set for less than the price of the giggle giraffe alone. Great deal!

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTER, AND ITS CUTE, BUT I THOUGHT WHEN YOU DROP THE BALLS IN, IT WOULD LIGHT UP AND GIGGLE. BUT YOU HAVE TO DROP THE BALLS AND TURN THE GIRAFFES HEAD FOR THE BALLS TO FALL OUT AND HEAR THE GIGGLE.

I bought this for my 7 mo old grand-daughter but she is not ready for this toy yet. She is not able to put the balls in the holes and picks it up and has hit her face a few times. I will put it away and take it out in a few months when she gets a little older.

It looks cute. Makes the noises, but the one that I had bought was not at all that great. The balls got stuck because the buttons in the toy dont go down unless manually pushing it down. And itd repeat the same music too. My son soon lost interest in it unless I was there pushing those button down so itd make noises.

I bought this for my 6 month old son. He is almost 9 months old now and has just begun to use the toy as it was intended. 6 months may be a bit young, but he still played with it. He played with the balls and the giraffe separately. It was still well worth the money for him to play with them separately.
Ball loss could certainly be an issue, but there are plenty of toys with the appropriate sized balls to use with this toy. Though Bright Start balls are ever so slightly smaller than Fisher Price balls, they work just the same.

They say this toy is for 6 months and up so I got it for my 6 month old. He enjoys playing with the balls and the Giraffe but not together he hasn't gotten the concept of putting the balls into the holes. So maybe once he is older he will use it as intended but for now he enjoys just using the balls. I would say this is for maybe 9months and up.

This was a waste of money and the time i spent waiting in line at Walmart to pick it up.
It was only $16 but it looked cheap and what made it worse was that it did not work.
The balls are meant to drop down inside the Giraffe and roll out at the bottom but instead they just got stuck inside. I was very disappointed and returned it the next day.
