I bought this for my son right before we went on vacation. He was almost 4 months at the time. We took it with us and it came in very handy. He loves to sit up like his brothers and sister. I guess it makes him feel like a big boy. It's also great to use in restaurants. I don't have to use his carrier or a high chair. Now that's he's eating solid foods it's a great high chair. I thought since it's that foam rubber material it would be good for bath time. But, I wouldn't recommend that because it tends to float. It's true what a PP said, if your baby has chubby legs the chair will stay attached. That's somewhat of a concern for when he gets older. I'm worried his legs will get too big for the seat. But, I would definitely recommend this chair. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. I'm going to tell all my friends and family that have babies to buy this. Also it makes a great shower gift for those of you looking for something the mother can actually use. So yes, go out and buy this product. You will be glad you did.

I love this product. I recommend this to all new mothers. Babies outgrow the bouncer so quickly and this is the best product to transition the baby to. I love that my daughter can sit straight up and be a part of her environment. It is also very easy to take with you when traveling.

I bought two of these for my twin granddaughters age 4 months. They are able to sit up and look at everything that is going on around them. At this age, they are much better for the girls than the bouncing seats, which lay back too far, as they prefer to sit straight up. I highly recommend these seats.

My daughter loves to sit up on people's laps, etc. so when she got in this at 3 months she was lovin' it! In fact, at 4 months she's almost sitting up on her own. I love that the plastic is so easy to clean, but not hard to sit on! And the lilac is so pretty. I'd definitely recommend it!

I love the Bumbo! I bought it for our son because he was ready to start solid food but didn't sit up well enough for a high chair. The Bumbo was great because he could sit up and check out the world like a big kid. With the tray, it has made a great high chair for him. I love that it's so light and portable - it comes with us to Grandma's house, friends' houses, and restaurants. I wish I had bought it when he was smaller!

I received this as a gift at my baby shower and had my doubts. However, when my daughter had good head control I understood how amazing this thing was. Now that she is a toddler and walking, she still likes to sit in it to read her books. It's a little tight on her legs now, but she doesn't mind!

Just have to share that this is the BEST baby product out there. I had heard all about it from friends/family but thought it was too expensive for my taste. I had recieved a gift card so I thought, what the heck, and splurged. It's the best splurge purchase I've ever made!! Definately recommend this product, my daughter LOVES it and she started sitting in it at 2 1/2 months!!

This product is great!!! I have 7 month old twin boys and they are able to play by themselves while I watch them from the kitchen. It is also great when I'm feeding them. It also has a tray for them to sit things on like their bottle or a toy!!! Bumbo where were you when they were 2 months. Great product!!!! It's a little pricey, I think by next year it should be $29.99 or $19.99 to be more affordable to other parents.

We use this chair so much! At 6 months (4 months developmentally- preemie), we can carry this chair anywhere and it has taken the place of our bouncer. Zeke likes to sit in it when eating out, when eating at home, and when watching me work in the kitchen. It has also been very helpful with his acid reflux. Instead of me having to hold him upright for thirty minutes after eating, he sits happily in his chair while we visit. I highly recommend this chair to anyone with an infant. Especially one with reflux problems that can't sit up on their own yet.

After hearing all of the bumbo hype and seeing it in my local store I had to get one for my daughter even though I couldn't believe the price tag! I started using it around 2 1/2 months when she had good head control, have used it about 3 weeks so far and haven't regretted the purchase yet. She loves to sit in it for short periods of time and it's easy and lightweight to carry around the house as needed. I put her in it in front of a mirror and she stays occupied cooing and smiling at her reflection! I will caution that she has chubby legs and they can get caught when I get her in and out. She also seems to have a bowel movement every time we use it (maybe from sitting in the upright position). But I think it's a great useful product and will be recommending this to friends!
