I bought the griddle from Wal-Mart.com. I did like the book told me to do about making it stick proof. I cooked pancakes the next morning and bacon,the pancakes turned beautifully and browned nicely,and the bacon was crispy,just the way I love it.

Wow, this product is great, can not figure out why it was on clearance, not big enough for families but for someone single like me or for a couple it is perfect, easy to cook on, easy to clean up, the first time I cooked hamburgers on the grill side my son said that was the best burger I have cooked in a long time!
