I have used this TV for over a year. I think it was an exceptional value. I just wish I could get a universal remote to work with--I have tried several and so far, none work with it.

Reading some of the low rated reviews, I feared the worst. I took a chance and ordered this tv online and am glad I did. I've had this tv about two months. It works great, no picture problems. My old tube tv broke down, so this flat screen tv is an upgrade for me. it shows a much sharper picture. No pixel problems. Volume is very good. I am well pleased.

I bought this tv for my deck and now I'm going to buy the same one again for my son for Father's Day. Hooked up my Direct tv cable line and now I'm happy. So nice to have one on the deck seeing as I'm retired and feeling spoiled. THX!

I got this tv and like other reviews, it had a nice red dot right in the middle of the screen. Other than that the only complaint was not being able to use the directv universal remote. That doesn't even make sense, why would they make a new code that no one can use instead of just keeping there old emerson code?
Anyway, the picture quality was good, the size was right for the bedroom, its light weight, etc. For the price its great, you just need to get one that doesn't have dead pixels. lastly, I thought the sound was fine. It was equal to my 20" flat regular tv.
I'm going to try the emerson 20" lcd with the dvd player next, it is on there website as a current model so hopefully its better. I couldn't not find the returned tv on there website at all.
Anyway, the picture quality was good, the size was right for the bedroom, its light weight, etc. For the price its great, you just need to get one that doesn't have dead pixels. lastly, I thought the sound was fine. It was equal to my 20" flat regular tv.

I brought this product from Walmart a week ago. Tonight finally i decided to hang it up on the wall and take a look at it. I am very disappointed in this TV. Like everyone said in there reviews there is a dead pixel, when i hooked the cable up to it the picture is fuzzy, and the sound is bad. This is my fourth LCD TV and I have the 32" Emerson and that TV is wonderful so its not Emerson, its this model. I will take this down and return this tomorrow for a better model. This is probably the reason why they only sell this TV online nad not in the store cause i would have never brought this TV if i knew it looked like this. The only good thing i can say about it is that its like 10 pounds.

After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase this device yet it seems every bad review was exactly what was wrong with my TV. The biggest problem was a bright red pixel on the screen that would not go away. I had the TV for less than 2 days and had to return it.

I purchased this tv for my bedroom and starting off it was an excellent choice. Then after about a week there was a lime green line going down the left side of the tv from top to bottom. I thought this may have just been a fluke so I turned the tv off hoping that may fix the problem. To my disappoinment it didnt. So I had to return it but this particular tv is not carried in any of the stores where I live so I am back at square one. No tv!

This is a good tv for the price. I did have a problem with a blank pixal sort of in the center,but when the picture is on you can't see it. I basically have no complaints about this TV. Overall its worth the price.

I really did my homework on this purchase and am so pleased that I wanted others who are into TV research to see my thoughts on this one. It is a must-buy for any camper! With the whole digital thing coming along next February, this is the perfect answer to anyone wanting a great sized TV set for the camper - since pulling in stations from an antenna is the most common way to watch TV in a camper or RV. Since cable or satellite in RVing is super rare, the HDTV model TV's are WAY OVERKILL! You will not be happy! Trust me from personal experience. But this LCD is not HDTV. It is flawless on reception with the roof-top antenna on the camper. Also its size is perfect for a group to watch a show on a rainy day at the campground. Its very lightweight and mounted real nice on the wall of the camper. I give this a very high recommend. It was not easy finding an LCD that wasn't HDTV....but this one is the perfect setup. Took three weeks to get it with ship-to-store...but it was worth the wait. ENJOY!

We bought this TV for our camper. We were excited by how light the set was. We were not excited about the picture quality though. We had one bright red pixel in the top right corner of the screen that would not go away. Also, the picture has a whole was not very crisp. I also noticed when you looked at the screen from a side angle, the whole picture took on a yellowish hue. It's packed up and ready to be returned.

Bought this for my son's room. I am very pleased with the TV. Was beyond my expectations especially after reading some of the feedback here. Took a chance, had to at this price! So, glad I did. Great for any bedroom, kitchen, RV, or guest room. Honestly, can't see how you can go wrong here.
