Kaitlyn Bar Chair - Set of 2, Walnut

I ordered a set of these barstools - twice. These come in sets of two, and both times, one of the chairs was defective. The holes on the legs to secure the foot rest were not machined correctly. Both times it was the same defect. As for the one chair in each set that was correctly made, it
s fabulous! Very comfortable and well proportioned - they look and sit great! If only they could put two correctly machined chairs in the same set, everything would be perfect!

When I saw these stools online I just had to get them. Can't beat the price. When I received them and put them together they look so great at my bar. Three things I didn't like about the product. 1-one of the stools was little difficult to put together. One of the holes didn't line up correctly but once I mastered that task it all went uphill from there. 2-I used the site to store shipping method. When I got home and emptied the materials, one of the seats was scratched. It wasn't just a surface scratch either. It was an indention. I was about to take it back to the store when I had an idea. I really liked the stools so much that I tried to fix it. I used a marker that came with a console table I had previously purchased from Walmart. It's the kind of marker you use to cover nics and scratches on furniture. The stools were about the same color as my table so I decided to give it a try and it worked. You can't even tell there is a scratch unless you look really close. 3-The stools come with plastic parts that are used to attach the seats to the legs of the stool. Once assembled you can see the plastic parts and I think it takes away from the wooden seats. Overall, I like the look and since I was going for a contemporary look, it matches perfectly. So, I would recommend this product if you're not too picky about minor details and you're on a budget.

The chairs were good looking and very contemporary by Wal-mart standards. The wooden seat on one of our chair however was damaged, and the parts were a little misshapen or odd and did not go together very well. We had to return it, but have ordered the same again. Waiting for it to arrive at the store.

This chair is exactly between counter height and bar height. The seat height is 27" tall. Unless your table is adjustable, these chairs might feel too short or too tall. It is possible to stack one chair on top of another for storage but I wouldn't stack more than 2 high. I LOVE the modern design and the price is unbeatable so I will make the height work and buy a new table if necessary. I got a package where one seat was scratched and a few screws were missing so I had to order another, but it was worth it for gorgeous chairs at an incredibly low price.

Why don't they put the height of the chair somewhere on the desciption????? My girlfriend and I ended up purchasing these and they turned out to be 3in to short. Its very misleading because they give you the total height of the chair, from top to bottom, but they should give it from the seat to bottom. With that said they do look great and a def. buy for the price, but height is very misleading (27in. at best)... not quite a bartstool!!!!

I found that the item was within my price range. It was very affordable as I shopped around for barstools. The shipping "Site to Store" was convenient for me as well. It was hard for me to assemble alone but they turned out beautifully. They exceeded my expectations.
