I ordered this bed for my 3 yr old granddaughter and she loves it. My son said it was pretty easy to put together. When we receivd it a piece of the bed was damaged probably from the delivery process, but I called the company that it came from and they sent me a replacement part within 4 days, no questions asked. That made me happy as well! She is not allowed to jump on the bed but it is quite sturdy.

I bought this bed for my 2.5 yrs old daughter.
The quality seemed good for the price. However, 2 important parts of the bed arrived damaged so we had to call for replacement. We had to call the manufacturer directly and it took 6 months to get the parts! The parts were coming from Vietnam and I guess are made on demand.
My daughter loves her bed and it was easy to put together.
Bottom line: I wont' recommand ordering it if you are in a hurry but otherwise it is worth the wait.

We received this product on 6/28/09. My husband and I just completed the assembly on 7/13/09. First, one of the parts did not have the correct number of holes, so we had to request another one. That took a week to obtain. Then during the assembly, we found that one of the rails was too narrow for the supporting slats. My husband had to shave some of the wood off the railing, so the slats would fit. The manufacturers of this product need to make sure all of the pieces are uniform in the measurements. It was just a headache to assemble.

After researching lots of wooden toddler beds on the market, they all seemed pretty similar. One of the biggest cons for most of them was the wooden "slats" that hold up the mattress. If you have a child who may jump on this bed (or any of the others of the same design--most) the slats definitely pose a problem. My husband is a woodworker and we purchased the bed knowing that he would most likely need to sure it up. He ended up installing a solid "platform" for the mattress to sit on(threw away the slats) and also added a "leg" (that ran the length of the bed) for support from the platform to the floor. I know that not everyone is going to be able to do this, but it made a big difference. Having said that, it's a great looking bed! So cute and looks just as nice as the more expensive beds that have the same design issues (the slats).
We ordered online and picked it up at the store. No problems with that process at all-- no scratches, broken parts, etc. that other reviewers (who shipped to their homes) had. Would definitely recommend this bed to a friend.

This toddler bed is very cute, seems very sturdy and was so easy to put together! I was very happy that I didn't need extra tools (one tool required was included). It's very pretty and the price was fantastic.

I love this bed for my 2 year old, however the instructions could have been written better. We got the bed completely assembled and realized the holes for the safety rails were underneath the side rails.

The bed is great the only thing is that you can't really put a bed skirt on until you take the rails off. but other than that it is wonderful. My husband has sat on it and didn't break thank goodness so it seems really sturdy our daughter is 25lbs and jumps on it with no problems. we love it.

We bought the toddler bed online and had it delivered to our store. Can't say enough how happy we are with the bed. It looks so cute in her room and looks like we paid a lot of money for it. My husband was able to put the bed together relatively quickly and it seems sturdy enough. Although the bed warns that it can only support 50 pounds, both my 30 pound daughter and 40 pound son have sat on it simultaneously. Given that toddler beds are only used for a few short years, I wouldn't shell out a lot of money on one and believe that we chose the best bed for her.

I bought this bed for my granddaughter and she loves it. You can't beat this bed for the price. It was easy to put together, it's very sturdy and it looks great. I like the way it sits low to the ground in case of a fall.
