Easy to use, downloads quickly, no problems al all!

Works alot like an ipod, and cost less.
I love this product and it will work with windows media player (i didn't like itunes). It also will work very well with rhapsody and allows to sync songs with out purchasing them.

This is a great product. This product is a lot cheaper than the Ipod and it works better than the Ipod.

I am a Sandisk/Sansa person completely. I started purchasing their players from the beginning because I could not justify $300 for a comparable iPod. The BIGGEST trick to keeping your Sansa running smoothly is to download and install the Sansa Updater software. This free offering from Sandisk keeps your player's firmware up to date and humming along. No special software is needed to load music, photos or album art. If you can use a jump drive, you can use this player. IF the player freezes, FORMAT the player. Since it acts like a jump drive, it is very sensitive to file fragments left behind from loading/unloading.. but I have only had to format one Sansa after 3 years of usage.

I use the MP3 player to listen to e-books from my e-library. The sound is very good. I haven't had any problems with the unit. I've had this about 2 weeks and use it everday.

Definately better than the Zune and the ipod. This was my third try and thank you to Walmart for accepting my 2 previous returns. I originally bought a zune for my wife and spent half a day trying to get the software to work with my pc and nothing. I returned it and bought an iPod but the ipod locked up within the first week!!!! I had to return that one as well. I have the small sansa so i decided to go with this one and it works perfect! all the features of the Zune without the complicated software. Just remember to hold down the power button until it turns off completely. My wife loves it!

The great thing about this product is that it can be used with many different music downloads, and yet cost less than the Apple iPod with the same size GB. With my iPod, I can only download from iTunes...it's a pain.

The Sansa View is an excellent MP3 purchase. The audio is clear and smooth. The video playback has a very sharp picture. The View however will take up to an 8 Gb microSD card to expand it's memory increasing its' value even more over other players like the ipod but at a fraction of the price. The only 2 drawbacks is that: 1. The media converter is slow when installing video files. I find that a hour video file, at low resolution for the small acreen, will take about a half hour to convert and install. 2. There are not as many accessories that may be purchased at retail stores as with the ipods and some of the other brands. However, you can't go wrong by purchasing this player.

I was very excited to get this item. However, after receiving it and getting it all set up for my listening enjoyment, I began to look for accessories, and that's when I started reading all the reviews that I thought I had already seen. The reveiws aren't great, they aren't even good. I read most of the reveiws on the Sansa website in their forum. It scared me to think that I had laid down a good amount of cash for something that may not work the way I wanted it to in 30-60 days, and that Sansa was not going to be concerned with my junk player. I took it back before my 15 day return period ended and got the one I had talked myself out of; for the price differance. I am totally happy with my Nano. I know that not all items are made the same and I could have had a perfectly good MP3 player for 1/2 the cost of the iPod, but in these times, I can't afford to take the chance. I was impressed with the sound quality, the image quality and ease of use, but the bad reveiws made me rethink the purchase, and there are no accessories for it. iPod even comes with a 1 yr warranty for $9.99, so I have peace of mind for one year. I love my Nano, it's smaller, easier to use, has great sound and image quality, and I can get covers for it from $2.00 all the way up to $35. I can drag and drop my music onto it and then go to the gym. I am a mother of two and I don't have the time to spend on waiting for my music to sync to my MP3 player. Spend the extra $45.00 and just get the iPod.
