i actually bought this at big lots for 70.00 for the car i bought. the cars carpet was so dirty it had to be some ones work car but it did so well taking the dirt out and it got some kind of red juice off the seats with one stroke. i didnt expect it to do so well and then i took it inside and did a few spots with the hand part then i did the automatic setting for some body wax that spilled a over a year ago. it was caked with dirt but i did the automatic on it 3 times and it got it completely out i highly recommend this it also got out some spaghetti sauces stains in my dinning room!

I just bought this because I have pets & a new home. My dog has already made a mess & this got it up really easy & fast. Highly recommend this product for stains on carpets. I have also used on my couch & it worked better than other cleaners I have tried.

I didn't rate durability because I only had it for 1 week. I hope it lasts a long time. It does a super job in cleaning up spots. However, some not so good things are: 1) it leaks when stored with leftover cleaning fluid (I remove the container); 2) doesn't not dry carpet well (I use towels to get results); 3) definetely automatic, not manual at all because you don't really have control to manually choose to use just one of the features. I would have preferred if I had the option to manually use the little tool included and suck the extra water, so I don't have to use towels. Then, it would have been perfect!!

If you have cats (or anything that barfs), you need this cleaner. It removed all the older, set-in spots we had. Never would have imagined it would work as well as it has. Just press a button...

I am loving this little machine! It works like a charm to get rid of stains on my cream colored carpet. With 2 toddlers and 2 cats- I use it almost daily. It will leak water while not in use if you do not empty out the water/solution containers while storing it. Not a big deal - it sure beats getting down on my hands and knees with a scrub brush and bucket of water!

I put my spotbot to work as soon as it arrived at my house. I have 2 maltese and they have questionable housetraining due to new house and new routines with a move from Texas to Indiana. The spot bot not only got rid of mistakes, but also worked well on set in stains from the former tenant. I used it to clean a recliner and this turned out great too. Love it!

After trying this product I am very disappointed. When using the automatic spot remover, it leaves a discolored spot. When using the hose and sprayer it does not pick up the waterafter repeated attempts.

Perfect for dealing with pet stains. I have 4 cats and I use ultraviolet light to find soil spots that I suspect. Bissels products are fabulous and I would highly recommend them . Once the cleaning solution was used up, I used 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to clean the spot. When dry apply hydrogen peroxide solution with a shaking of baking soda to the area. All natural. . Try this method and I am sure you will be delighted.

Learned this product from my friend using it for months on her carpet. It works fine cleaning all the urines or dirts out from the carpet. We can also use it for car seats or couch. The only bad thing is that it requires too much of wash liquid thingy.

Overall this producat is great, its exactly what I needed. I just got a puppy about 6 months back and am sick of scrubbing the carpet for his messes! With Spot Bot you just press the button and its done. Only problem with that is it uses an awful lot of soap so I either dilute it more or just use manual. The manual is great to just scrub for a few seconds and its done! No messy paper towels or rags anymore! Love it!

Bought this product to have in our apartment with our two Great Danes and in a few short weeks and one tummy upset later and it has definitely paid for itself a few times over! Works great on set in pet stains and have had to use it on a few other stains and it works great. SO easy to use and the manual attachment works great as well. The only drawback would be that it is only for small stains/areas and any large areas would require a traditional large carpet cleaner, however this is intended for spots and it works perfectly for that!

Good product for the price. It removed stains on my rug from my dog however, it did not completely erase the odor. I am hoping that a stronger detergent next time will help.
The only down side is that the drying cycle is not very efficient. I have to place a towel under my rug to help the drying process and to protect my wooden floors.

Got this product about three weeks ago. The machine works great. It lets me know where i been, need to get big rug cleaner. The cleaning solution cost abit for how many cleanings you can do with it. Glad i bought it.

With 3 kids something is bound to get on your carpet no matter what you do, lol. I've been wanting a carpet cleaner for awhile. I decided to start off with this one since it's small I could also do our van. I was a little skeptical at first because we had a few spots that were on the carpet even before we moved here and there were spots of gum or candy stuck in the carpet. My husband was even surprised at how well it worked. I would set it on the spot and EVERY piece of gunk was removed with little work by me, lol.

i have a 8 month old son who spits up every day. this has been a life saver, i'd hate to think about what my carpets would smell like with out it. no matter what my son seems able to get the carpet at least once a cay. it also got out fabric paint that my husband spilled on the carpet. very impressed. would like it to shut off when the tank was full but other than that i am very happy with it.

Just got this and used it for the first time today. We have four dogs (two are puppies), and the carpet shows that they are not completely housebroken yet.
We are amazed at how well this little machine works. And at how well it works with just plain water!!!! We haven't needed to sop up any extra liquid, and it is removing fresh and old stains.
