This is an amazing value for the price and perfect for our two adult household. It might wear easily if there were children jumping in and out of it and I'd be concerned about the settings with a child - particularly the heat setting. The heat is AWESOME but does tend to get hot quickly and keeps getting hotter and hotter.

I think the chair is comfortable as it has great lombard support and I fit in it perfectly (I am 5'4"). My husband, who is 6', could not adjust it to be comfortable for him. The chair is low to the ground and it vibrates, not messages. Also, the cushions and material looks used the minute you sit in it. Despite these disappointments, if you are more practical and like comfort first, you should like this chair.

This chair is very comfortable and the massage feature is helpful for a hurt neck and back. It is a nice neutral color that will compliment any decor and the microfiber is soft to the touch. The only negative that I would give this chair is that the massage feature causes the floor to vibrate in other rooms of the house. Still, it's a good buy.

I have had this chair for a few months and it has been fine. I do not use the massager or heat, I just use it as a comfortable chair. When I started to assemble the chair, I was really ticked off. First the assembly instructions were in French. I did not notice the English version attached to the outside of the box until I was throwing the box away. Second, it was missing the washers. The first thing I thought of was the reviews I read that stated the washers were missing. When I looked at the pieces/parts spread on the floor, I thought it looked cheap. I was thinking I wasted money buying this chair. I finally got the chair together, and Scotchguarded it as recommended by another previous review. When assembled, the chair started looking good to me. It is comfortable and works. I held off on posting a review right away because I wanted to see if it was durable. Despite being an overweight guy, the chair is holding up well, so far.

I bought this for my parents the assembly was not very helpful there are extra cords that who knows what they go to and the washers were not there!!! Then the screws would never fit in the arm parts of the chair so we had to purchase our own! Over all the chair it's self is ok but they need to make better instructions and make sure it's all there!

I brought this chair for my mom on mothers day and every night before she goes to bed shes in that chair. She has been in a car accident and she gets tired of asking people to message her. So in between her visits to the doctor and phys. therapy she uses her chair and she loves it. It messages her body and the automan messages her legs. It heats up with real heat. She thought it wouldve been warm she said it got so hot she had to turn it off. She loves this chair and we love it for her I don't know how I'm going to outdue this chair with my next gift because I really out did myself with this one. It was an excellent purchase for the money.

I have a bad back and this chair is adjustable so you can put the chair back at just the right position to put feet on the ottoman and then adjust the heat and massage to the perfect setting. Very comfortable and in my case, helpful. I do wish the seat had a little more cushioning but otherwise a good value for the money

I love this chair but it makes a vibrating noise other places in the room too. I think it is well worth the money and it helps poor circulation. I have a degenerative disk in my back that gives me pain. It has a heating button too that can actually get real hot. I have to turn it off in a few minutes because it gets so hot. One only needs heat 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off. I love how it reclines some too and the stool to put my feet up. I like this chair very much. I love the nice brush like velvet material too.

This chair is a good value for light use. I use it in my bedroom. I'm not sure how it would hold up in a room that had more usage. The only downfall is that the heating element is not adjustable so when it gets to hot on your back you have to turn it off instead of down.

This chair was a mother's day gift for my pregnant daughter. She dearly loves it; I might add that her construction working husband loves it as much as she does.
The reviews that I had read before purchasing were mentioning the noise levels which we found were not that bad. The design of the chair is awesome; the way the chair itself just hugs to your body is very comfortable and the massage is very relaxing.
This was my first "site to store" purchased and I must say that the whole experience was very satisfying; the Wal-Mart employees were very helpful and very customer satisfaction oriented. Great Job Wal-Mart!

This product came in one large box, well wrapped, and able to fit into my focus once we opened the one large box and found the two smaller ones.
The chair vibrates and has a heater, the ottoman vibrates as well...it is an acceptable form for massage. The chair is comfortable and wide enough for someone up to a size 20 bottom. The heater works really well on the lower back. The chair was a bit difficult to put together for me, but it all worked out okay. My family and I enjoy this chair very much.
