Sunbeam Heritage Series Hand Mixer 3156, Silver

This was given to me as a wedding present. It came with the typical beaters, bread beaters, and also a set of beaters for whipping. The base is nice but I don't really have any room for it. It's lovely if you want to display things on your counter but not very functional. The mixer itself is a little on the hefty side. So anything after about 3 minutes gets to be a bit of a work out. It is sturdy though. I made a mistake about reading a recipe for bread and used the regular beaters instead of the bread ones. It sucked some of the dough into the body of the mixer... several qtips later it's mostly cleaned out. I used it again the next day and was worried that I would have to take it apart to really clean it. But it worked just fine... like nothing happened to it. I definately recomend this mixer. It is functional as well as pretty.
