iLuv iPod Alarm Clock Radio with Dual Alarm, Black

The Speakers are really good and the alarm clock is awesome.

This product did not meet my expectations. First of all, it is very large and heavy. Next, the features did not work as fluidly as I'd hoped. For example, to wake up to your iPod, you must leave it playing all night on 0 volume (it can't turn your iPod on when the alarm time comes). Also, the "gradual wake/sleep" doesn't work well; the sound goes from 0 to 10 in half a second; it isn't very gradual. Next, the lowest alarm volume is 10, which is somewhat loud for a light sleeper that has the clock on a stand right next to the bed. And, even volume 1 is loud when it's next to your bed. Next, the display is very bright; too bright to leave on at night, even when on the lowest setting. There is no way to set radio presets, you must scan manually everytime. There is no bass/treble control. There is no 5 day/7 day alarm feature.

Overall, I am a very picky person when it comes to my electronics. I take advantage of all features. So, this product did not satisfy my expectations. However, if you are someone who is looking for something less expensive than other models and don't utilize all extra features, this one could work for you.

However, after trying to work with this product, I ended up returning this product and buying an iHome, which works a lot more fluidly with my iPod touch's features; maybe because it was designed by Apple.

This is a great product that works really well so far. I bought it for college. The only bad thing about it is that it doesn't keep its battery while its not plugged in, so if you wish to take it outside it must be plugged in. Other than that, a great product that sounds very nice

I'm really happy with this purchase. Of note: it's a bit big, given that it's on my nightstand. Also, the clock can be dimmed, but even at it's lowest setting, it seems to light up the room (I like it super dark). So I have to turn it off completely and look at my partner's radio to find the time (which is the typical red numbers on black).

it worked with my Ipod Nano 4th gen and not alot of them do excellent product.

I have been using this product for over a week and have been very happy with it. The backlight is bright even on the lowest setting, just like everyone else mentioned so I just turn it off. I love the included remote because I can use this as a stereo for my ipod. This product has great sound, and the gradual wake feature is cool so it doesn't scare me when it wakes me up. It's a great alarm clock/radio/ipod dock. The remote is really handy and I've found the dual alarm feature much more useful than I had expected.
Great sound and features especially for the price, I would have expected it to be at least a $100 for it's usability & functionality.

This alarm clock sounds wonderful. It's easy to use. The light settings are bright there are three of them to choose from also off. They are so bright even on the lowest setting that I keep mine off at night.

This radio is awesome! I bought it for my husband as a just because.. He LOVES it, so much in fact he had to have a new ipod!! It has great sound and we love falling to sleep with the ipod music. Very easy to use... Like every1 else said the light is very bright, but we just leave it off.... Great product for price and am thinking about buying one for my son's ipod.....
