The Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser (WP 100) is the easier and more efficient alternative to traditional flossing. Clinically proven, for orthodontic patients the Waterpik ultra dental water jet improves gum health and is twice as effective as string floss. For those who have braces, implants, crowns, bridges or periodontal pockets, this Water jet flosser is a good choice. This water flosser features ten pressure settings, a covered reservoir with in-lid tip storage and six unique tips. The water flosser cleans deep between teeth and below the gum line to remove 99.9% of plaque, while the pulsating massage stimulates the gums.
This is the 5th or 6th Waterpik we have owned. The last two (Model 65) did not function like they should have and would not work so we thought we would try a different model. This model is a much better quality and doens't feel light and cheap. We love it!

I bought the Waterpik Ultra to replace the one that finally died. This one is great just like the old one was. I hope to get many years out of this one also. The Flosser is especially great if you have braces or bridges!

If you wear a brace or have a crown, this product is for you because flossing often got stuck and the thread breaks. The waterpik actually feels good unlike the thread in flossing can cut your gum. I strongly recommend it.

My dental hygienist recommended the WaterPik for me as she indicated that I had bacteria under my gums and that she felt flossing alone was not enough at this point (I had quite a lot of bleeding on my last exam, I believe I have "pockets".) The purpose of using the WaterPik is two-fold. To thoroughly floss my teeth and to also massage the gums. She wanted me to try this for 6 months, hoping to avert more uncomfortable and intensive dental interventions.
The WaterPik is very easy to use, and I can say that after 2 weeks of use, there is already a difference in my gums. I occasionally use regular floss after using the WaterPik. No bleeding, no sore gums after, and nothing on the floss! I never really liked flossing (so didn't floss everyday) - but I don't mind the WaterPik, and I actually spend more time on my teeth than with flossing (even though it is only take a few minutes each evening to use).
Between the WaterPik and my Braun electric toothbrush, I expect my teeth to be in good shape at my next visit! I have only had the unit for 2 weeks, but am being optimistic that it will last (quality). No problems thus far.

This is the best Waterpik I've ever purchased. The water tube (which breaks after awhile of use) is now a coil that fits into a pocket to make it less likely to break. Previous water tubes would get tangled and bent, making it easier for breakage.

So I have a 9 yr old that doesn't like brushing her teeth, a 16 yr old in braces, and me with a partial. I had one years ago, but long since gone. Now the 9 yr old, uses this more than once at a time and instead of forcing her to brush her teeth, I have to tell her THAT's ENOUGH....LET's GO. As for 16 yr old with braces...said he wasn't going to use it but it's funny i hear it running every morning and night. As for me...the few teeth I have left, this may actually help to save them as dentist recommended. In our house, some use with a little mouth wash and some just tooth paste on the brush tip and just plain water. Recommend using room tempature water or warm. Love the various speeds on this as fits the whole family in their own comfort zone. Additionally, love all the tips as meets the need of all family members. Replacement tips a bit pricey, but plenty in this to last for quite a while. Liked this one so much bought another one for family camp. Should have bought it years ago before I lost most of mine and kids where younger. 2 thumbs up!

Had one of these many years ago and really missed it. Don't know why I waited so long to get another, robably because I bought one of those spin brush units. Beats the spin brush by a long shot. Spin brush does not get between the teeth. Start on medium range and adjust higher until your gums are comfortable with the pressure. Oh and don't forget to put it in your mouth when you start it.

My young son got an expander and his orthodontist emphasized how important it is to keep the roof of his mouth clean. I knew he wouldn't brush so I saw the water pik as the best alternative. We've gotten great reviews from his dr. so far.

The top which covers the reservior and keeps the extra tips is good to keep the dust out, but it has to be removed/replacedeverytime you add water to floss, probably should have a hinge and or a seperate place for the other tips. The older ones didn't have a cover for the reservior, but were reversed and doubled as a cover when not in use. It's a snazzy looking flosser that probably needs the off/on rocker switch mounted in a verticle position also...........

This is my second Waterpik and this one by far is the best I have used. It is quiet and does a great job removing debris between my teeth and the gum line. The many attachment heads offer a great deal of cleaning options depending on your needs.

My husband and I love this water pik. It has several attachments so there are choices as to how you wish to clean your teeth. It has a steady, strong flow of water which we REALLY love, the reservoir is smaller than our other pik but it is ok because if you want to continue, just add more water..not a big issue there. Overall it is an excellent water pik..I can't find any faults with it. I would recommend it to anyone.
