If you don't like to floss this is what you need

I had a water pik for 15 years that finally stopped working. A water pik is the only way to keep your gums healthy if you have crowns so I immediately bought another one. This one doesn't have the power of the old one or feel like it's as sturdily built but it still does work well. I like the design of this one better. I think that the closed reservoir and storage container is more sanitary than my old one. The only complaint I have is that I have accidentally hit the tip release while using it and made a mess. I just need to get used to it. Other than these few things I'm happy with my purchase.

This water jet is completely useless it can't be used for any of the advertised purposes, it actually made my gums worse than they were before. Higher speeds of water will feel like needles on your gums, if you want clean gums buy dental floss.I was so frustarted with this machine I actually threw the whole thing in the trash can!

My dentist recommended I get one of these for healthy gums.. I read all the reviews on the Walmart site and had mixed feelings and wasn't sure what to expect. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. I LOVE the way it works... it is not messy if you keep your mouth closed, and hit the "pause" to spit when your mouth gets full. It does a GREAT job and my teeth and gums feel wonderful. I think the size of the water reservoir is perfect.... I can go slowly over each tooth and have a little left for extra attention if needed. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something to help keep your mouth healthy.

i bought this product for my daughter who has braces. she had no trouble using it and she loves it. she says it makes her teeth feel clean and it helps her in the area's she can easily get to and floss. this is a great product i would refer it to everyone I know.

This Waterpik is GREAT! I have had braces for over a year and ever since I had them put on I have had a problem with swollen gum's and I absolutely HATE flossing..in fact I never do it because it takes sooo long with the braces and hurts because of the increased sensitivity.. oh and did I mention the bleeding..*gross* so anyway eventually my dentist recommended this because he had given up on me flossing and wow! my gums are a healthy pink color and only slightly swollen and only after 3 weeks of use. Not to mention the wonderful clean feeling afterward. Okay if that hasn't convinced you then how about I can see the specks of food that my toothbrush missed in the sink. It makes me shudder that a whole year I was leaving food stuck in my teeth! Yes it is a lil messy but after the first week you get used to it and know how to minimize that by holding it a certain way and keeping your mouth just slightly open. Pressure is excellent, but it depends on the nozzle you use. When I use the little brush one I have to turn it all the way up but if I use the other ones I have to turn it down to 6 or it will hurt. All in all I love it and will use it forever... I was never going to floss again anyway so THANK YOU Waterpik!

Bought this for my husband's birthday and also use it myself and we both say that when we use it we feel like we have just been for a cleaning without any pain.

Exactly what I wanted! Works very well cleaning smoke stains.
