this product is just average, nothing special about it. It could use a backlight for the weight numbers, but it does a capable job. Don't know how accurate it is, but its close to my weight at the VA clinic.

My old scale just wasn't accurate enough when I got serious about tracking my weight. I needed to go digital. This scale was inexpensive, wide enough to stand on comfortably, easy to read, and a great help in giving the reading in tenths of a pound. I especially like the feature that holds the weight a few seconds after you step off so you can be sure you've got it right.

I received this scale this morning and after getting on it to zero the scale as instructed I proceeded to weigh myself. I stepped on and off this scale 10 straight times and got 6 different weights. I moved the scale to another room in the house to make sure it was completely level and did the same test. This time I got 7 different readings. Don't buy this scale unless you are interested in just throwing your money in the trash. Your better off guessing your weight you'll probably be a lot closer!!

Have been on a special eating plan and wanted a digital scale that would show pounds with a decimal point. Runs on lithium battery that is already in the scale. Very light weight and not a "sore spot" in the bathroom. Size is good for men or womens' feet and will easily fit on top. Cost and 97 cent shipping to my home was awesome and delivery was very quick.

A decently priced digital scale - what could be better? Well, a lot of things.
It will not weigh anything less than 15 lbs or so. It will not register a weight unless what you are weighing (including yourself) is on the black pad only. Touch the silver and it either won't weigh at all or you get an inaccurate weight.
You also have to step on it at least twice because you could get a different weight every time you step on it. Personally, I keep getting on it until at least 2 of the weights are the same and go with that one.

This scale has never given me the same results twice in a row. Either I am losing or gaining 1-6 lbs at a time within seconds or it is wildly inaccurate. Sure it can only give a generalization of your weight within a six lb margin of error... but if you're looking to keep track of each pound lost this scale's really unacceptable.

This products digital read varies from moment to moment. There is no consist weight. First digital weigth will read 180, second will read 160, and so on. You're unsure of what the true weight should be.
I had great hopes for this product. Regret throwing the box away, now I can't return it.
