A kids outdoor playset stimulates a child's imagination as she thinks of various ways to play with the same set. A treehouse playset is a good example of this kind of pastime. The Step2 Lookout Treehouse Climber Playset is a sturdy product designed so young children can enjoy backyard playtime that can also develop small and large motor skills. This climber playset is slightly elevated with steps that are large and easy enough for young children to climb. It features double-wall construction that is durable and maintenance free. This playset also includes a large platform that is 19 inches high and rails that have a wood-like appearance. The shingled roof provides shelter and shade, while giving the Step2 Lookout Treehouse Climber playset a realistic touch. It also includes a slide and a working periscope that can be raised, lowered and even pivoted so children can be on the lookout.

Great, awesome, easy to assemble and most of all our grandkids love it...I did a lot of checking out like items, none could beat this one.....price was perfect.

This is the 2nd Step 2 Lookout treehouse I will be buying . The first one was for my Grandduaughter at the age of 2 1/2 she played on that til the age of 4 and she didnt mind the crawling cause she was too tall . She loved that treehouse slide and it was well worth the money , She cried when we sold it to buy her a bigger replacement slide .Now I'm buying my Grandson one for his first birthday so that he will get more use out of it . I would recommend this amazing toy to kids that love to climb and love slides.Yes, the treehouse is a bit small .So a one year old would get more use out of it .

I purchased this playset for my 1.5 year old. He loves climbing up the steps, sliding down and climbing up the slide, and enjoys playing in the 'treehouse' and viewing through the periscope. This playset is made of good quality plastic that makes for safe play.

I bought this for my two year old for her to climb on. It is a little bit beyond her capability and wish we had purchased it sooner. Having said that my five year old and my seven year old play on it as well. The toy holds up well under there play. Lots of opportunity to use their imagination. All in all I'm very happy I purchased it for her.

I bought this for my sons first birthday and he loves it. The little telescope is probably the cheapest thing I've ever seen so I took it off. And there are no screws that hold this together, its pretty much just he pressure from the plastic pieces which made me a little uncomfortable at first, but it seems pretty sturdy. Overall, I am happy with this.

This is a cute climber but smaller than i expected. Iam 5'2" and the roof only reaches to my shoulders. My 3 year old is short for his age and cannot stand up in it and the photo on the box clearly shows a child standing upright inside the treehouse part...and the slide is short..its almost the same length as my son is tall. Assembly was extremely easy as there are NO screws or fasteners AT ALL holding the structure together except four screws to hold the roof on and the screws to assemble the parascope...its entirely a snap-fit structure. It seems sturdy enough but not entirely sure of the safety of this item with multiple children and rough play. My son does like it he really likes the parascope but i think by this time next year he will be too big for it.

This play house is easy to put together. The slide and steps just snap on the platform but they come off easy. The top part of the play house is not screw to the platform and can be easily removed by an adult. Great if you want to move the clubhouse to store

My child is 1 1/2 and is almost too big for this toy. There is no way a 3 or 4 year old could play in this. They would not be able to stand up. It was easy to assemble, just too small.

The step2 lookout treehouse is very appropriate for a child over the age of 1 year. It helps the child gain confidence because they can climb and slide all on their own after a few minutes of instructions. I bought this for my grandchild's first birthday and my son and his wife put it together and left it in the livingroom for their child to play on (until warmer weather gets here). The older cousins, ages 3 years and 16 months also had a great time climbing and sliding. I feel that the only drawback for this product is that the child will out-grow it in a few years.

I bought this item for my grandaughter's 1st birthday hoping that she will be able to use it this summer outside. Well parents put it together right away in their spare room and she climbs & slids like a pro. I think this tree house will bring all of us joy for years watching June enjoy it.

I loved being able to order online and have sent to the store for free, it was a Christmas present and came in reasonable time and was easy to pick up and put together. But I will NEVER do site to store again. And the reason why is that it took 2 WEEKS for it to clear on my bank account messing up all of my transactions. THis may not bother some people and it might have been a mistake, but still a mistake I could not afford. Be weary when ordering site to store.

The Little Tykes Lookout Treehouse was the perfect 1st Birthday gift for my grandson. The product looks good, is durable, and looks like lots of fun for a young toddler. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an outdoor gift for a child that has lots of energy. I don't know about your child or grandchild but climbing up, and then sliding down this product is good exercise and wears him out. He loves the telescope on the platform too.

By the time my child was 16 months old, he was too tall for the house and had barely just acquired the skill set to climb the ladder or go down the slide so I would not recommend this toy. He outgrew it before he could use it.
