I have used American Tourister luggage for years and this is the first time I've questioned their quality. I purchased this 3 piece set in February of 2006 and have primarily used the largest piece. I'm not sure if it's related to any of the new scan machines at the airport, but the plastic that lines the inside of this piece has completely fallen apart. It is extremely fragile and if you take any of the pieces that have fallen off and just bend them a slight bit, they snap. It could be just a defective lot of material they used, or something else has happened. It's the weirdest thing. I went to their web site and they have a 10 year warranty. I called and explained what has happened and they agreed it was weird. I'm now pondering taking it to their repair center, or just trashing it. The closest place is about an hour away and it may just not be worth it. The 3 piece set was only $50. Usually I would recommend American Tourister, but now I'm not so sure.

This was a great buy! The main luggage piece is substantially large enough to carry all your travel needs without going over the weight limit LOL... The extra sports bag is a great carry on and even the little toiletry bag is useful. All in all a great buy!

This was what I was looking for. The large suitcase is just the right size for a week long trip. The tote bag is great and very lightweight. The red color will be excellent to spot in the airport.

It is very light weight and I like the way you can change directions with it. I love the pockets in it and especially the outside zipper to get to important items quickly. Will be very visible in baggage claims. Both bags inside will be very useful and not too big to handle.

Purchaed this luggage before going on a trip because the luggage I had was too heavy. Very light weight, was concerned that it would not hold up, but it did. Very easy to handle in the airport. Wish it had some inside pockets. But for the price it will do just fine.
