I originally purchased 2 this is cube. It took me a little while to put the first one together because the pieces don't line up the way the instructions said they would but persistance won out. I like the look and the cleaver storage. The second one was broken but I liked it so much I returned it and ordered a new one. These pieces are in my den and the kids keep their video games and consoles in them. They are real wood and sturdy. I may purchase one for my daughters dorm room.

Great storage. A little tricky to get together. I followed another reviewers advice and didn't tighten any of the screws until the whole thing was together. That helped quite a bit. Overall it took me 15 minutes to put together with the last 5 minutes being adjusting the pieces so they fit correctly. The cube looks great. We use it as an end table and also a place to hold our living room throws. More space inside than we expected. Also, the inside is finished pretty nicely so it won't snag any of our blankets. Good price also. Found the same cube elsewhere for much more. If we had more space in our living room, I would buy a second one.

I've been looking for this style cube/side table for a long time and was frankly surprised to find an all-wood version at Walmart online.
The price was almost 50% less than others I've found. I bought 2, had them shipped to a local store. They arrived in the time estimated, and pickup was friendly and easy.
The 1st cube went together easily and had no flaws. The 2nd cube's screw holes were slightly off, and the finish was uneven. I'm a DIYer, so I was able to fix both issues.
These are made overseas, and are mass-produced in less-than-precise processes, so imperfections are to be expected. But they are all wood, and the height and volume are great for small coffee tables, side tables, or accent tables for display items...as well as having ample room inside for storing whatever stuff you want.
For the money, they were a good buy. I'll definitely include Walmart in my item searches in future, even if I think the item may be outside of Walmart's range...after all, I was pleasantly surprised in my cube search...and hope to be again.

I bought two based on the photo alone. Real wood, no problems with assembly, look great. There are some minor finish anomalies that won't show up in a small photo, but I actually like it that way...gives it a handmade flair. One sits handsomely in our carpeted living room, the other in a tiled sun room, both working perfectly as occasional/side tables adjacent to seating.

I returned this item becasue the wood was not stained even at all. The cube had dark spots and light spots all over it. The Product look like they mend pieces of wood toghether to create the cube. I bought two of them and both of them were damage with cracks in the wood.
I guess I just had a bad set. I think if all of this did not happen these cubes would have been nice. The price is great! I saw these cubes somewhere else for 70.00$.

I like the idea of this product and the price was great..however, it was not as easy to assemble as we thought. It took 2 people to put together this product but looks nice assembled. There was a spot on one of the pcs of wood, but we didnt feel like driving back to Walmart to complain about it.
