my daughter wanted an ipod for her birthday, but being that she was only turning 7 we said she was crazy. instead her dad picked this out for her. and im glad he did couse she loves it so much. it is so cute and works really good. you can put a little over 90 songs on it. depending on the size of the song. you can buy other outfits for it, which is really fun for her. and plus she gets to go online and play games and chat with other barbie girls. really awsome!

My daughter got this for Christmas. She has listened to everyday since. It's super easy to use, and the extra accseeories are a lot of fun too! would definitely reccomend this as a first MP3 player.

My grand daughter will be delighted in getting this MP3 player for Christmas. That's all she's talked about this year. Although, I was disappointed when I saw the extent of the directions for entering music. I'm not that computer literate. But it's cute and the different clothes and hair will make it fun to use.

I bought 2 of these on clearance a week or so ago for my daughter and her best friend. I couldn't turn down the price! my daughter's friend moved a few states away so they don't see each other as much as they'd like to. so,for Christmas this year I am giving them each one. They can chat on-line (which is very safe w/ this product),and then they can use it on the long trips to listen to music! The price is unbelievable as well as the durability! I think any little girl would love this!

We got this for our daughter last Christmas and she loves it!!
it"s very durable as it has been dropped many times, very easy to download music onto.
Only con was trying to get on to Barbie World was a hassle but I contacted customer service and they were friendly, they even did a follow up call to be sure everything was working properly.
We paid 50.00 for it last year and I am tempted to buy another one just because they have come down in price.

Perfect little MP3 player for my girls. The only program gives you an option to spend more money and that is mildly annoying, but the earphones tear up inside of a month. That makes me livid!
To date we have purchased four one for each girl, I'm very satisfied with everything except the headphones. You can even add the SD cards when they are ready for more memory and still not more responsibility. My oldest got one of the first on the market in July of 2007, and has used daily since. The longevity is superior to most children's electronics. Except for the headphones, I love 'em.

my daughter got this for her 7th birthday in feb. it works great and she loves it. we do not use it online but as a mp3 player it is great. my 3 yr old loves it too so i getting her one for christmas. it has held up great even while being fought over by a 7 and 3 yr old.

this product was fun for the website but you only have to use it once. My MP3 player part doesn't work any more and the whole thing makes my computer slow. one of the ear phones broke and that doesn't help anything. the price was not a good price; to high. and maybe if it only came with the code and it was a good price i would like it.

Both my daughter (age 5) and I LOVE this product (we each have one, as does my mother-in-law and my 8 year-old niece)! We go online at least once (usually more) a day and play together. It has been a lifesaver while she has been in Kansas visiting her biological mother! I also find that is has been helping her learn to read. She knows what the pictures on the actions say, and that helps her read what the actions are. It is fantastic and I highly recomend it to anyone looking for a great way to spend time with their daughter!
My only gripe about the whole thing is not about the product, but about the website itself. There has been some questionable behavior on there lately (although it has mostly stopped - thanks in part to my mother-in-law and I being very diligent and being in constant communication with Mattel over the matter). I would just say to be careful about letting your daughter go on by herself. I always monitor what my daughter does online (I sit behind her and help her read things anyway) and I feel this is something everyone needs to do. Besides, it makes for GREAT mother-daughter time!!! :)
