Nice as a couch and lounger, but the cushion is a little hard for real comfort as a bed. Use a mattress pad/egg-crate for extra padding, that helps. As a bed it is small, not quite a twin in length and not quite a full in width. Very stylish, nice color, teenager likes it, so that's all that counts. Easy to assemble, but a little pricey for the features(none), comfort, and workmanship. Seems delicate in some areas, will see if it holds up over time. Would have rather paid no more than 200-250 for it.

I purchased this sofa for my son who is in college but has his own apartment. He loves it. It was easy to put together and holds some big guys who play video games on it. He likes the way the arms fold to make a head rest. A good durable first apt sofa and comfy bed too.

Purchased for my teenage son's room. He sits on it to play X-box and then sleeps on it. Very easy set up; comfortable to sit on and he says it's very comfortable to sleep on too. I searched MANY stores and websites and Wal-Mart had the best price by far.

I've had this couch/lounger for over a year now and at first I thought it was pretty decent and just wished that it was slightly cushier...after living with it for awhile I realized that I paid way too much for such an uncomfortable piece of furniture. I've owned plenty of futons and this was the LEAST comfortable to sit on and sleep on! The couch isn't deep so you can't really sink in and get that comfy. I don't feel like I can completely relax on it. All you can do is sit in an upright position, I can barely sit Indian-style on it, and I'm only 5' tall!
The lounger position is pretty decent but I rarely use it and the bed position is the WORST!! It's like sleeping on 2 separate, skinny, mismatched mattresses butted together. There's a huge gap between the sit part and the back part of the couch when in sleeper position and 1 side sinks in more so if you roll over you practically fall into the other side. The only way to sleep bearably on it is to sleep with a ton of pillows.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this product if you plan on using it as a futon. As a couch, it's decent. But don't try sleeping on it cause you won't get any sleep at all (and I'm not that picky about where I sleep either. I'll sleep on anyone's couch or floor but this is just awful! I'd rather sleep on the floor).

The 1 positive thing I do have to say is that it's very easy to convert. It's almost effortless and you can do it with 1 hand.

So it's only been about a week, but I'm highly confident and excited about my purchase! With the look and feel I was going for in my music studio, this futon fit ever so perfectly with an abstract painting I have hanging up. The color of the futon really compliments that painting, and the room as a whole; and I was so glad to have found it... and for such a great price! Not to mention it is VERY comfortable! This futon is definitely not for the narrow-minded, since one with such limited appeal could never fully appreciate an aesthetically enticing piece of furniture like this one. It most definitely brings the inspiration and creativity to any setting. Hope this helps.

I purchased this for my son who's a trucker, and is usually home once a month. His bedroom is normally "where my old furniture goes to die" and I wanted to update the room to a more modern media center/office/spare room. Beautiful, easy to put together (only the legs!), and he says it's pretty comfy. My granddaughter came to visit from Florida, and is using the room now...she wants one for her dorm room.

The futon was a little more compact than I expected. However, it was comfortable to sleep on. Another plus, you don't have to deal with a large heavy sliding futon mattress, since the mattress is completely built in.

This isn't like any other futons, and I'm SO glad I found it. I have 4 dogs, and they basically own the house. I didn't know I wanted something I could wash until I found one that I could! The cover buttons on. You can use the pillows that come with it, that velcro on, or store them inside it. I love how sturdy it is, and I would buy it again in a second. I had it delivered. I put it together by attaching the legs. I love it!

Purchased in late Feb 09, we've now had it three weeks. So far, so good! Sturdy & actually more comfortable than one would think. We bought it for small visitors (kids) to sleep on and occasional seating in our home office. Only thing I would change would be the price... I'm all for lower prices though.
