Juvenile Recliner, Royal Blue

the chair is lightweight and plush. My son likes it all but for one reason. It is very rigid on the reclining mechanism and it has no release handle so it makes it kinda difficult to recline for a little one. My Son reclines it and then he climbs over the arm to get in it. He will then fall asleep rapidly.

It is a good little chair. It is bright royal blue, brighter than the photos. So it may clash with your stuff. It is in my living room for movie watching, and will also be in the playroom. I have a three year old and a 15 month old. Both climb into the chair. The only issue I have is that the chair DOES NOT recline unless someone other than the sitter pulls out the legrest for the child. If the child adjusts, wiggles, or needs to get up, then, surprise- you gotta get up to. Which is fine but any parent knows kids do not sit still. So I am always having to run over there and lift the legrest. It just seems like the manufacturers could have made it more user friendly for the acual user. Other than that it is a nice little chair, a step up from their worn out foam couch! They don't seem to want to recline so it takes the hassle out. I may get another for the 15 month old despite the recline issue.

I am satisfied with the value and quality of the chair and my 2 year old son likes it. It was gift from his grandmother and she insisted on getting a blue chair due to the fact that he is a boy. I see the thought process there, but I wish there was an option to get a cover for it because sometimes the royal blue is a little much for my earthtone living room and also, since it is a fabric upholstery, it's difficult to clean. Maybe one day there will be slipcovers available...

Bought this for my 18-month old son and he LOVES it!! We didn't have any wear or anything from the box. The chair itself is so cute and little and definitely perfect for our little man!

I purchased this chair on line to match the new theme in our DS room. He loves the chair and sits in it to put his socks on - How cute is that. He also uses it to watch a few cartoons. I would recommend this chair.

After going back and forth on these chairs for weeks they went out of stock--and luckily came back in stock in a couple days. I was at first concerned since we needed three chairs whether they would fit our 3 1/2 yr old boy and 5 y/o girl but we saw one in a store--different company--for $180 each--and they fit great in them--so I ordered! These are great little chairs for the price--they look nice, are comfortable. The reclining feature is the same as in the $180 one we saw-where you lift it from the bottom. Which is easy--not stiff at all but might be hard for a younger child. For our 2 year old i put her in and then lift it. It is a nice blue--happens to be the same color as our wall--so we like it. It is a nice brighter blue--not dark and dreary--same as picture. I looked around a bit--and the $80 ones are cute but much smaller--especially in person. So these are a great size--fit everyone comfortably with plenty of room to grow. I even sat in it..
oh yes and site to store is great--free and it never takes as much time as listed..got them in about 4-5 days!

I purchased this chair 12-15-08 and my son didn't get it until the day after xmas when we got back home. Now it's only 2-3-09 and the material in the seat has pushed aside and the coils are up to the top just under the fabric which is by no mean suitable for sitting on. It has pretty much broken down in that short period of time. I dont' have the box anymore but still have the reciept so I will be returning it to the store. My son never used the recliner part but he did love the chair so i'm sure he'll be sad when we have to take it back but i'm not sure i want to deal with trying to get another one. I def wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This child's recliner enabled my 2 year old grandson to sit with the "big folks" and have have his own chair that was just his size. The quality was as expected and as advertised. I do not have anything negative to report about this product and I would recommend this product to other consumers.

My granddaugther like the chair only thing i guess because she is around 50lbs and tall for her age (6) it want stay in a reclineing position but other than that its a nice chair
