Overall - It's awesome for my grandsons and friends (8 and 10 years old) - Sturdy enough for them to shot, block and dunk. Maybe the base could be wider so for the occasionally hitting of the side of pool doesn't stratch up their little arms.
As for adults like my husband and friends that act like kids, its definitely not as sturdy as could be. The base needs to be heavier so adults can dunk and block shots without hitting the side of the pool or turning the combo over.
Haven't played volleyball yet - Only concern I can physically see without using equipment, is the net isn't strong enough or long enough in height.
But even with this, couldn't have asked for the fun it's giving to our family - Big and small are happy:)!!

Is made very nice. Only problem is mounting it to the pool didnt work very well. It would move too much. So we ended up mounting it up to the deck. That gave it more stability and now it works great.

When the wind blows it falls in the pool. I think it is a poor design and the net is not easy to set up.

This was exactly what we wanted! Got it in time for our 4th of July pool party. We did NOT however permanately fix it on the pool. Instead we used a 10" long 2X4 under the rail of the pool and attached the net with clamps. Bought the set primarily for the volleyball and have not used the basketball net yet. Very easy to put up and take down and store.

We bought this thinking it would be awesome to have both volleyball and basketball, kind of all in one. First, the net is way too long for my 15' pool. The concept and design of this very simple and 99% plastic. We like it, and we are enjoying it, but it is not worth $119.

I purchased this for our new oval swimming pool. The older kids love it. I only gave it four stars because it would be nice if the basketball hoop could be placed on the end rather than one of the middle posts used for the volleyball net - plus the hoop itself falls down flat quite a bit. But for the price - can't beat it. We have had a lot of fun with it this summer.

My husband and I bought the pool jam combo for our above ground pool and it is a fantastic product!!! My husband loves basketball and we both love volleyball and what better way to play them but in the pool! It was very easy to assemble and is made very well. It is well worth the money and is tons of fun! We had a pool party this weekend and everyone loved the pool jam combo and asked were we got it from, so its deff a hit! It deff met our expectations and we would deff recommend it to anyone who wants a quality product that is a blast!

This is an excellent product too bad I had to return it because the advertising on this site doesn't mention it is for above ground pools only. I needed it for a in ground pool. I'm sure it would have been fun to use. The material is very sturdy so definatelly would recommend it as an investment for lot and lots of use.
