Be a "non techie" I love products that I can just plug in and they work. No download this, no checking that - you get the idea. This Seagate drive fits that description perfectly. Simple & easy to use - I use just like an extra harddrive - perfect for backing up my files. The price was right, too!!!

I bought it and istalled on my desktop for extra memory. I just hook it up to my 2 desktops and one laptop and it is ready to use.It is one of the most handy dandy product I ever bought. The most easy feather is it does not need extra power cord and USB connection is for both power and data transfer. I love !!!!!!!! it too much. I highly recommend without reservation.

For the money you can buy larger capacity externals, but usually it’s a trade off for physical size and convenience. This little 160GB power house and its USB cord can easily be carried on one’s person. And the really nice thing is it’s powered solely by the USB cord. There is no clumsy power supply to be bothered with. This is truly a conveniently portable external hard drive. The free Ceedo software that comes preloaded on the drive can be very useful, but is certainly not required by the drive and can be uninstalled if desired. The Seagate 160GB Free Agent Go Drive is a good choice for high storage capacity in a small package and I have no hesitation in highly recommending it. Buy it. You’ll love it.

My friend recommended this drive (120GB version) to me. I bought the 160GB one for a friend as gift. It's so light, and super fast! We really like it. It makes sharing hugh digital files a lot more easier and faster! Highly recomended!

Lightweight. Quiet. Fast. Reliable. Portable. Have been using this for several weeks, and have no complaints. You don't really need to bother yourself about the Ceedo functionality that comes with if you don't want to.
