This bike is just amazing! It is easy to pedal, fun to ride, and easy to handle. It doesn't use gas, doesn't require a license or insurance and can be ridden right up to the door of most businesses. My goal is to bike to work and to do errands near my house. I'm working on it! I also love to take my dog, Max, for runs. He's a young terrier, and he LOVES to run! I hope one day he'll enjoy sitting the basket as well, but for now, he'd rather run! I did request that the store assemble the bike (after reading other reviews). I looked through the bike manual and found that there is little or no information about this specific model of bike, let alone instructions for assembling it. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone who is physically able to pedal an easy to pedal bike, and to those who enjoy being outdoors, but prefer not to have to worry about balancing a two wheel bike. I say get out there and go for it!

The Schwinn Meridian Adult Tricycle is great! Price was good at Walmart online compared to bicycle shops in the area for similar bikes. I have ridden it almost every day since receiving it, and am completely satisfied. Also, I had it delivered to the store which saved shippping charges!

I haven't had this tricycle very long but so far I like it. Since it does not have any gears, it is hard to ride it up-hill but I bought it to get some exercise so I guess it is doing the trick. It is sturdy and rides nice and it is a great deal for the price.

I have owned a different brand of tricycle before. This one is so much better. It rides smoother and it cruises better than the last one I had.The basket in the back is so roomy and it's nice that it folds down. I was really inpressed by the solidness of it.It's very sturdy.

The price paid for was reasonable. I like the style. The thing I didn't really like about it was it rattled a lot when going down hill, it felt like something was about to break off, and also it's extremely difficult to go uphill. It'll be a lot easier if you get off the bike, and pull the bike uphill instead of trying to ride it up.

I recently bought this tricycle for my son who has always had problems balancing a 2 wheeled bike so he would never ride his bike, He rode this bike and love's it.The site to store ordering was simple I had the bike within 11 day's, received the bike undamaged and other then missing one tiny nut (which was probably lodged in the box somewhere ) all the part's were there.It took me all of 45 minute's to assemble and everything fit properly , the fenders needed a little tweeking to be positioned rite but nothing major. I am very satisfied with the quality of the bike overall ,but do suggest if your not mechanicly inclined to have the store assemble for you. I am big guy 6'1 290 pounds and have a bad knee,I rode the bike and it was easy to peddle and a comphy ride. My son love's the basket on the back and all his friend's thought it was a cool bike..lol Overall I am very happy with this purchase

We bought this product for our 70 year old mother who is diabetic, insulin dependant, who needed excercise. She is on oxygen, therefore, needed a basket to be able to ride. She has started out a little at a time, but she rides everyday and is feeling so much better. She had attempted to ride a bicycle and this looked to be a dangerous situation. She loves her adult tricycle and we all ride with her. This was an excellent purchase.

I'll start by saying that we love the final product. However, getting there wasn't half the fun.
My first surprise was when I got the bike home and opened the box. There, on the front wheel, was a large announcement of "Free Assembly". It would have been nice if it had of been on the outside of the box or, even better, on the ordering website.
The instructions were not the best, and should have had a parts list specifying that the nuts and bolts were metric. However, the actual assembly was not difficult with the proper tools (metric).
In reading other reviews, I note that missing nuts and washers is a known problem. As such, it seems Wal-Mart should require the manufacturer to include the frequently missing items.
Our bike was missing an axle nut and washer. After visiting the local hardware store and being told it was a special bike size, and 3 bike shops before the last said it was just a normal nut, and then buying both 3/8 and 1.0 metric the wheels were on.
Then came the handlebars. I finally found my hex wrench set, but none would fit. Ahhh, metric. Back to the hardware store, It would have been helpful if the manufacturer had included the proper hex wrench. I'd have gladly paid the extra penny.
Overall it is a good product at a great price and we are more than happy with the finished product.

I was most impressed with how easily the trike peddled. I was on my first trip out, taking it easy, so as to get used to the "three wheels" when the drive chain broke. Luckily, I was close to home and luckily, my husband is a mechanic--so what I need now is a new chain. How often do I use the trike? I don't use it, it's broken.

I got this for my fiancee for mother's day. Here's what she says: I love my tricycle. It is the most awesome and enjoyable product I've ever bought. The box came a little beat up, and there were two missing screws, but overall the product is 5 stars. I can now bike to get groceries with my new, big fat basket. It is the ideal laid back cruising enjoyment. This tricycle is hard to find now. If you can get your hands on one, do it. You will absolutely love it!

Here we go -- So far so good -- Best price I have found out there! Did not have to wait very long for bike to arrive at the site-to-store location. When the e-mail arrived telling me it was in - I just called the store and had THEM assemble it. They did a GREAT job! Wallmart associates were very helpful bringing the trike out to my small suv. By laying it on it's side it fit in great! Just as other reviews say - the seat is too small. I took the more comfortable seat off my 2 wheeled Schwinn and put it on this 3 wheeler - PERFECT !!! I will be saving a LOT of money burning calories instead of gasoline!! Makes perfect sense for those quick trips to town for banking, post office and even some groceries! The grandchildren love it too - now I follow them at their slower speed! Walmart should stock this trike in the store - I have had MANY people ask where they could get one ASAP!!! Get yours now - before they are no longer available!

I am extremly satified with the above product and the Wal-Mart team that put the tricycle together for me. All the Associates were very helpful. I have used the bike every day since I received it and I love it. It handles easily and is an easy ride. I am using it for exercise and transportation. So far the bike has not failed me. I like the large basket in the back for storage. I will find many uses for the basket in the future. I have allready told many of my friends of my purchase. I totallty recommend this bike. I have bad balance issuses and cannot ride a two=wheeler to save my life. This bike is so easy to ride. I ride it everywhere. The bike comes very well packed, although the shipping company made a hole in the box and lost three nuts and bolts for the basket, but that was easily fixed by going to my hardware store (not a Home Depot) a hardware store. Assembly very easy. Put the whole thing together in an hour. All around great bike, great price.

The bicycle is just what Walmart and Schwinn said it would be. My son put it together with not much difficulty and after adjustments for my height and reach all seems fine. Wide turns is something to get used to. All in all very nice product.
