All in all for the price you just cant beat it! I tried out several comparable cameras as well as reading reviews and looking at Consumer Reports and this one by far out matched the competition. The xd card is fast and 2gigs at the best setting holds about 650 pictures. The zoom is manual and at first I wasnt sure I liked it but it really gives you the feel and control of a much more expensive camera as well as you dont use up battery power zooming in and out. I actually was able to zoom in on a golf ball getting hit and it froze the picture with unbelivable clarity. What else can you say!

The cam is a nice one... but it takes a LOT of manual time to figure out the buttons and features... BUT!... it does take very nice pictures... The ZOOM is really nice!!!
