Mainstays 7-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set

Nice product for the price

I bought this set last week and have tried them all out. They heat quickly, and cook evenly. The pans are sturdy enough for the price, and the glass lids are thick, heavy and seem very durable.

I bought a much more expensive stainless skillet last year which took weeks of use to break in, everything stuck to it no matter how well I heated the cooking oil. I had no such problems with these pans, fried eggs slipped right out of them. They've discolored a bit, but to me, that's good, it's the seasoning that helps keep food from sticking.

As is expected with cookware in this price range, the handles are spot-welded to the pan, rather than riveted, so they won't last a lifetime. But, I wasn't expecting that at this price. I paid more for my name-brand stainless skillet than I did for this whole set.

Great product. Heats fast and non-stick surface makes clean up a breeze.

I just recently bought these at our local WalMart store and am very happy with them. They look nice and are heavy so I know they will last a very long time. I also like the fact that they're stainless steel since I use a lot of metal cooking utensils to stir and serve my food. I'd definitely recommend this set to anyone. The price is right and this cookware will do the job for many years to come.

my problem with them is that they aren't big enough to cook a family dinner in.

with the set as a whole I just should have read a little closer because it does not come with a 2 qt pan and that I miss The food cooks well in them and they clean up great

I love stainless steel. It is so much easier to use because there isn't the extra hassle you get with teflon (the black stuff scraping off). They look great and do what I need them to do.

Great set! I haven't yet seen the staining that others have mentioned... but I'm not sure that it would bug me. Great set at a great value and they actually are very pretty! Glad I found them. I wish they made a huge skillet because I'm in the market for one of those as well!

It just fit for two or three persons, it will be small if more.
It is a good product with glossy appearance and it is thick and solid enough.
By the way, it is very worth for the price.
