Bought this for our 4 year old nephew with a tent and he loves it! Very cool that multi-colored light on top can come off for even more uses. Lantern is very sturdy - - worked fine even after he fell, lantern went flying and landed so hard that the batteries fell out. Just put batteries back in and it worked great!

This lantern is perfect for little campers and as a nightlite. The dimmer is my favorite feature...plus there is a light that is detachable on the top of the lantern that changes multiple colors and hangs from a lanyard. Love it!!

kids have not stopped playing with it since they got it. they use it at when they go to bed. light is great for camping and the detachable light for use while walking around, great feature. definately a great buy.

This lantern was perfect. We actually don't have any kids but bought this for ourselves. :) Absolutely love it! It's safe, light weight, very easy to use, and fun, even for us adults. Never gets hot like a lantern and can be dropped or thrown around. Highly recommended.
