we made the switch to a backpack style bag so our kids could carry their own bags with more ease - even for the little kids it is easier to carry a backpack style bag than a traditional ball bag which is more cumbersome for a 6 year old - plenty of room for a helmet & cleats too - I only wish there were more color options cause girls play ball too

We've bought several bags and packs over the years, and this one ranks very high on my list. It seems sturdy and well made--large padded straps, heavy duty zippers, deep zippered compartments. The inside is roomy enough for a helmet, glove, balls, clothes, and whatever else you need to pack. I would highly recommend it.

Anyone who is tired of the traditional bat bags that puts in the same crowd as the rest of the softball/baseball world should consider this purchase. I have plenty of room for my wife's cleats, my cleats, two gloves, and still have about a 1/3 of the bag left over for more storage. Wallet and other items easily fit into the two side pockets and the bat holder works flawlessy, and hey I should also mention that this bat pack has a nice "cool" factor when it comes to grabbing attention.
