Review 2 for Baby Trend - Leatherette High Chair, White

I shopped online quite a bit before purchasing this highchair. I wanted one-handed tray operation, reclining option, height adjustment, and rolling capabilities. I chose this chair in white so I could use it with all my kids and grandkids and not have it look dated in years to come. Tan would've also been a good neutral choice. The white one has a black trim around the top that doesn't show that well online so I thought I'd mention that. My baby is 6 months and big for his age and this chair seems big for him, so he will fit in it for a long time. My 2 older kids ages 6 and 4 both fit in it. The tray comes off with one hand but doesn't go back on with one hand very well because it has to be lined up perfectly to slide back in. I love that the highchair rolls; I use that feature many times a day. The casters can lock also to prevent it from rolling. The chair came assembled; all we did was put the castors in on the bottom and it was done. I have not tried to wash the straps yet, as my baby only eats baby food right now, but I know those straps are going to get so messy when we start table food. The fabric on the high chair seems very easy to wipe down. My husband thinks white was not a good choice because it will show food more, but I think that no matter what color you get, you are going to have to wipe down the chair a ton anyway, so might as well get the color you want. I think it will be a good chair.

Review 3 for Baby Trend - Leatherette High Chair, White

Overall-> a satisfying High Chair, 03/05/2008

Got the high chair today. Opened it up had several marks on the product. Like black smudge marks. Not sure what from. Then we thought it was a used one because of the way the box was tapped up. Rolls nice and easy on our concrete floor. Nice tray - a little hard to slide though. The pad seems poor quality. And fyi the dark lining you see is not navy it is black. As well as the wheels. I would rate it out of a ten a 5 overall. Not impressing but not disappointing. You definately could find a better high chair for the price.
Hope this helps.

Review 4 for Baby Trend - Leatherette High Chair, White

Nice product, 02/01/2008

We got the chair two weeks ago. We used the free shipping to our nearby store again, very convenient. The chair comes almost fully assembled, my husband only had to put the casters in. It’s light, simple, nice looking and seems well constructed and sturdy. My baby seems very comfortable in it although right now it’s too big for him (he’s only 5.5 months old). We haven’t used the tray for that reason. However the 5-point harness and the bar between the legs attached to the seat make it pretty safe even without the tray. We have to lock the casters when feeding him since it rolls very smoothly even in carpet. It folds quite compact and you can store the tray on the back of the chair for less mess around the house. The only thing that doesn’t quite work as the description is the one hand adjustable tray, I had to use both cause it is heavy but it’s a minor glitch to me. Finally the leatherette is very easy to wipe off. We are very happy so far with the quality of this chair for the priced paid.
