I always liked pokemon, and when i found out that they had a FUN game for DS, i decided to get it. It is fun, but when i got close to beating it, i got lost and so did my interest. I totally Love the game, dont get me wrong, it is SOO worth buying! I have so much fun playing it, but it tends to get on my nerves when i cant find where im going. Besides that, I love it! I recommend it to anyone who loves pokemon!

Back when Pokemon first came out, I was a die-hard fan. Games, show, cards, you name it. Of course, I was a tween back then. Nowadays I still enjoy the games quite a bit, so my sister and I went to get Diamond and Pearl the day it came out. Even though I still have a soft spot for the original Red and Blue(I thought 150 was enough!), I actually think that Diamond and Pearl are the best games yet. I definitely got many more hours of gameplay out of Diamond than any of the previous ones, that's for sure. There is just so much more to do in these. It also makes great use of the DS's capabilities. No more of those annoying game link cables we had to hook up back in the day; now you can wirelessly trade or battle with anyone around the globe! I think this is a great game for kids and adults alike. It does require quite a bit of reading though, like most RPGs, so.. if anyone is thinking of getting this for their child, keep in mind that they will need to have some good reading skills.

I bought this game at a midnight release and was thrillled. It is, in my opinion, the best Pokemon game yet. The upgraded graphics, wifi feature, and abundance of Pokemon make this game awesome. I have beaten this game twice, each time selecting different starters. One thing I must say, DO NOT USE ACTION REPLAY! I did it incorrectly and it ruined my first copy of the game. Only use it if you have experience in the matter. Overall, a great game!

I've played Pokemon since Red and Blue, and this one is another great installment, whats more, they brought in a feature that made Gold and Silver the best games so far, which was the time (Morn,Day,Night) function, the only bad thing I have to say about it is that I figured they'd do more with the touch screen, Nintendo has yet to make a Macintosh compatible Wi-Fi port which I feel would make this game entirely better, and that you still have to plant berries instead of them being relenished each day like in Gold and Silver. Another feature they through in that was previously deleted is the little motion each pokemon goes through at the begging of each battle previously only available for the mid games (Crystal and Emerald). I recommend this of ranyone new to the series or even the die hard player. Final words, fantastic game has earned the pokemon name, but Gold and silver was and still is the best installment so far for interaction and fun.
