I had this pool set up for water in less than an hour. The directions are easy to understand. It took 3 hours to fill up with a standard garden hose hooked to the house. My only regret is I didn't buy the 15' or 18' pool instead. If you have a large family get the bigger pool. A few things I learned with this pool is if you live where the soil is like sand then I would recommend placing some small pieces of slate under each pole to distribute the weight or your pole tends to sink into the ground and the pool will not be level. You can also use the filter pack marked as type A and C. I would reccomend this pool to anyone, its great!
