I have had my Dream Maker EZ hot tub for 3 1/2 months. I set it up the day it arrived after I got home from work and it was ready to get in the next day when I got home. We LOVE it!!!! A couple things: unless you are the only one in the hot tub, the cupholders are useless, and don't expect to fit 4 fullsize adults in it comfortably. It's usually just my wife and I but we have had 3 or 4 people in it and it makes the water rise up over the top. But I have to say for energy efficiency, ease of use, powerful jets, and overall value it's great!

they named this product appropriately, talk about ez! unpack & plug it in to the 110 outlet. it's that simple. mine was heated up in about 12 hours and ready to use. i use it every evening b4 bed & am absolutely loving it & recommending it to people i know.

We love the spa. It was as expected. It is durable. the water jets are strong. The heater got it up to the desired temp.in the suggested time. We are very pleased. One hang up is that it is big and bulky so be sure that you have a couple of guys around to handle it when it arrives. The shipper delivered it to the driveway and even though we asked; they would not take it to the back yard. It was not far away and we offered a "tip" for the help but they refused.
We had put up with it on the driveway until we could arrange for someone to help us lift it onto the dolly and move it to the spot. It is not as easy as it shows it to be on the photo in the ad.

Easy to install & set up. Once we got over a small problem (wire had become disconnected during shipment), it has work perfectly.
