I just receive this today. I love the look and feel and it will go wonderfully in the grandkids/guest room. Just one problem, when we got the box home and took it out, the legs, bolts and allen key were missing. So currently it is setting on the cardboard box it came in until this matter can be resolved.

We were looking for a nice futon to go in our spare room at our new house. I wanted simple, easy to clean, comfortable, and nice to look at. It took less than the 7 to 10 days to pick it up at the store which was a nice surprise! Assembly was simple, open the box and there you go, only had to screw in the leggs. The futon is very nice tan microfiber so easy to clean and set up from couch to bed is easy! The only complaint I had is the comfort level. It is very hard and if you don't sit on it in the right spot, you can feel the boards or springs. I'm glad it's firm, it should last a while, just wished it was more comfortable and cheeper!

This futon is FIRM, but we wanted something firm so its perfect for our family. It is easy to switch from position to position. Cleaning the cover is probably fairly easy for people without arthritis in their hands, the edges are velcroed the whole way around, and then there are these nasty wood oblong button things that must also be undone to fully remove the cover. removing them isn't so difficult, but re-fastening them is somewhat difficult, and I did notice some tearing arounf the elastic band area where you run the buttons through. ( may not make sense now but if you ever have to clean your cover you will see...) We originally bought it to make another couch in our living room, but my husband and i have found that we prefer it in the lounger position best.

This is nice with the three positions, I especially like the chaise position. Only had to put on the legs, everything was included. The fabric is great because there was a large spot and it removed very easily with just soap and water. It could be softer, so I plan to buy a piece of memory foam to put on it. It will not work up against the left wall of a room if you want to use the sofa position. I didn't know this ahead of time and of course thats where I wanted it, but I rearranged things and its okay. When you order a large item like this from site to store be sure and check out the item before making arragements to pick it up. The first one I ordered arrived damaged and I had my son drive 50 miles to pick it up in his truck. Even with all the problems I am very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this futon in order to make more space in my bedroom, and it worked. It took the couch approximately 3 weeks to arrive to the store but the wait was worth it. It was extremely easy to assemble and looks great. The one thing that i wasn't so crazy about was how hard the couch was, it's not the most pleasant thing to sit on, but sleeping on it is wonderful; it's great for the back.

Very pleased with the look/style of this sleep sofa once I got it home. I was a bit skeptical about ordering online because I'm a visual shopper and must see and touch before buying, but after reading the reviews on this item I decided to take a chance at it and ordered it online. Great decision and chose, but most important very satisfied with my new sofa. It looks fabulous in my tv room.

The Manhattan Lounger was easy to put together, but kind of awkward to bring in the house. We have put it in the extra bedroom where it fits perfect. The only problem we have with the lounger is it is way to hard. We had to purchase a pad for when we sleep on it, we may have to purchase a thicker pad because it is still very firm to sleep on.

I bought this item for exactly what it was built for, I wanted a futon type seating AND be able to quickly convert to a bed/lounger. It does just that, so no complaints there. The actual color is a very shiny, soft tan, it looks really modern when you see it up close. I think it is a good complement to any room that wants that modern look. Unfortunately the back is not attractive so you cannot have it facing the door so someone sees it from the back, but if you put it against the wall that is the best. Also, it is HARD when you sit on it, it is not the kind of sofa that you sink in to, but when you lay down, I do like the hardness b/c it offers support. I suggest for seating though, you get stylish lumbar pillows for it to support your lower back and get some of your bigger friends to come and break it in for a few weeks so the seating gets softer. Overall, it is pretty good purchase, I love the price and it looks great in my house.

Product was easily assembled, but very heavy. We'll see how durable it is in the long run (my son is using it in his bedroom, so it's being slept on every night).
Having it for only a few weeks, so far, it's been great!

The lounger looks great and was a snap to put together. Unfortunately, it feels like you are sitting on a park bench. I have yet to fold it out and sleep on it, but I don't have high expectations. For the price it is quality. It just isn't overly comfortable.

Even when you live in a small apartment, you wish to accommodate for visiting friends and relatives. This lounger does the trick, if you don't mind compromising cushiness and coziness for furniture that is VERY easy to convert from a sofa to a bed and vice-versa. The lounger is firm even on the ends, which actually works very well when you squeeze friends on it to watch television together. Our kitty likes it, too. The cover comes off easily for a wash-- the color is great (less yellow than in the pic). Hope this helps!

We ordered the futon couch after reading the other reviews. It arrived through Site-to-Store pretty quickly, but it was very heavy to move out of the store. It was very easy to put together, and it looks wonderful once it's set up. I love the look, but it is a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it for a couch you want to get all snuggly on, but it's fine for a room where people don't sit on it all the time (like in our case). The color was beautiful too. I was a tad bit dissapointed in the firmness of the futon, but overall I am happy we purchased it! It looks GREAT!

This lounger is quite comfortable, considering the convertible feature, whether in the couch or bed position. The variety of positions for the back and "head" of the couch/bed make it very functional as well. The arm rest cushions are not attached, a slight drawback, but I have thought about applying velcro so they don't fall off the couch all the time. The kids don't seem to mind. For the price, it is a great addition to our rec room, providing good seating area and an extra full-size bed when needed. Note: It is packed in the flat position, so box is very large and a bit awkward. But assembly could not have been easier; just adjust the back, attach the four legs (tools are included) and setup is complete.

This futon met my expectations, I highly recommend it, it is very comfortable and it looks pretty good, everything but the legs, they look sort of cheap, also it was a problem to install them, thats the only part that requires assembly, and the tool provided with the futon was not very helpful I had to use one of my own, overall this is a great futon I recommend it, by the way, you will need a big truck to carry this item.

Though nice and sturdy, one half of the futon long-ways is unbelievably hard, while the other is softer. I can't see any way that a person could sleep comfortably on it in the prone position. A pad of some sort is almost required to even sit on it.
