I work midnights so need a nice dark room to get decent sleep during day. I have a south facing bedroom window that gets full sun and these curtains really do block out 90% of the light ! They are nice and heavy and have a great feel and look very rich. I use a room darkening blind behind them and it makes the room quite dark.

I was so surprised by how beautiful and thick the curtains were when I received them. The velvet is so nice and smooth, and the curtain totally blocks noise and light, which I like so much. I combined the curtains with red and stripe valances I bought from JCPenny and they make the window look so amazing. I totally recommend this, and in the attached pictures I used 6 velvet panels.

Looks very classy. Works great for blocking out sun and also keeping heat from escaping through windows during winter. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to increase the width of the product, as most windows are larger than 40" wide.

I've been eyeing these curtains for while now. They seemed to be around the amount of $ I wanted to spend while providing the blackout quality I wanted. They do a good job blacking out the light, but 3 out of the 6 curtain panels I purchased have little white dots where the liner leaks light. On a sunny day the light holes look silly and make the curtains look cheap. I also received 1 of my 6 curtain panels that was roughly 4 inches shorter than all of the other panels stating on the package it was a 84" length (more like an 80").

I've used 3 thermal curtains and these are the best constructed thermal/blackout curtains for an excellent price. The ones I ordered were velvet black and had additional inner "lining".
Compared to the ones I've tried before they all were thinner or just one polyester layer.

Pretty rich looking curtains at very reasonable price. Like most curtains they have lightgaps where the two panels meet (nothing a few stickpins or clips can't remedy) but the heavy fabric and blackout features do exactly as advertised. I'm very satisfied with results.

I had ordered these curtains for a remote curtain rod so they had to be pinch pleat. They came up when I typed in pinch pleat and they appear to be pinch pleat. They are not. The material was excellent and the color perfect. But, now I have to return them.

Beautiful, Rich and Regal looking, just buy enough curtains to make it look like the picture. The width is small so you need more curtains. I used these in my theatre room and you would need 4 per one window. 2 on each side. It gets expensive but compared to other sites you still get more bang for your buck. I have gotten many compliments and people think I spent a fortune.

Needed lots of ironing, not easy on velvet.Had no ruffle channel as shown in picture. Look Nice , block out light. I think microfiber would have been just as nice, and cheeper.
