I was surprisingly impressed with the quality of this product! Besides the fact that it does the trick, giving you another row for your clothing, it is high quality. I wouldn't, however, expect to use it under very long clothing. I had to use it under my shirts as my husbands shirts were too long. But other than, it works great!

I purchased the closet doubler for my 2 toddlers that share an ackwardly shaped tiny closet,the closet doubler fits almost the whole lenth of the closet since it's so small so I only needed 1.I was able to fit all the pants and jackets that were stuffed in the maybe one day we'll find a place for them pile"so I really can store twice the ammount of clothes! It was easy to assemble (30 seconds)just 2 hangers on either side and a horizantal bar you can place at different heights so the clothing hangs lower or higher,which I think is a great feature!I also love the hooks on either side for their hats,ties,backpacks,ect.I do not recommend for adults size clothing but works great for kids.Bottom line affordable, easy,sturdy,adjustable, and doubles closet space, go for it!

This product served every purpose I needed it for. I'm using it in my daughter's very small closet and it makes such a huge difference. The product itself looks like nothing at all, but my little girls closet looks so neat, organized, and chic...it looks better than mine. I even put hangers in on the sides for her little jackets. I could see ordering a couple for my closet.

Like others have mentioned, this is not for people with tall or large clothes. I put the bar in the bottom rung and my husband's clothes still hang past the bar and his pants touch the floor of the closet. But it's great for my son's closet. I see the price is now $10.99. They were 7.99 when I bought them 6 months ago. Knowing what I know now, I probably would not buy at $10.99.

What I wanted was a closet doubler that had a solid piece where the cloths were hung up instead of wire. But you get what you pay for and for the price I guess I cannot complain to much.

I had a very big letdown when I moved into my apartment and realized that the closet in my roommate's room was twice as big as mine. She does have a lot more clothes, but I still had clothes on my floor because they wouldn't fit in my closet.
Thanks to the Closet Doubler, I am able to fit all the extra clothes in my closet! I have been pressed for money, but this is such a low price for the benefit, that I had to get it! I highly recommend this item, because no matter the size of your closet you can always use more hanging space!

This closet doubler is fantastic, it lives up to tis name, it has doubled my closet space and now my closets look nice and neat. I am waiting for them to come back in stock I want too order 2 maybe 3 more. They should be in the stoes for better access. Ordering with walmart on line is great but please put this product in the stores.

I had high hopes about this product and was disappointed. It's supposed to be ideal for all closets, however, I think it's designed for large, modern "California" closets and not the older 50's and 60's closets. Or maybe it's only designed for clothes for other people. My husband (6') shirts are too long for either the top or bottom rail, and my shirts scrape the floor or the rail depending on where they hang. I think this product was designed with the assumption of having a closet rod hanging two inches higher.
I don't plan on returning it and have found that it works with my shorter, summery shirts, but it still leaves me without a solution for my longer, winter shirts and for my husband's shirts.
As designed, it's a useful product, and in a child's room, it would work wonders. However, if you're larger sized, meaning your clothes will be as well, I'd take a moment to measure the amount of space that you have and to really note the measurements of the closet doubler.

This was the best investment and 9.00 I have ever invested. I just moved and the closet space in my new home was much smaller than my old place. So I decided to but these. It fit perfect in the closet. I am a full figured woman and some of my clothes are a little longer and some a loittle bulkier and it worked just fine. I even bought one for my husbands closet and he loves it to.

I was extremely satisfied with this item I purchased tow with the intent of using one in my closet and one in my 10 yr old daughters closet. But I have to order 2 more because I ended up using both in my closet because they worked so well. I read in another review that they seem to work better in childrens closets..... well I used them in my closet pants on the lower bar and shirts above. I was able to adjust the bar so easily. I would reccomend this to anyone for any closet in their house. It is a very nice sturdy construction and like I said the adjustability is a major plus. A++++

This was a great find. It really does double your closet space and another thing that I thought was really cool was that now since I can hang some things up on a lower level, my little girl can actually reach and help to hang up her own clothes. This is valuable to me because she is getting at the age where she can do more things like that and needs to learn and before I would have to hoist her up just so she could reach the rod to hang up a shirt. This is a great product for anyone who needs extra space and/or has smaller children with too many clothes!
