Pro:
This cushion is comfortable, very padded. That was one of my requirements; I didn't want a 2" pad for my chaise lounge, I wanted something you couldn't feel the chair through. I love the pattern, too. The cushion I received exactly matched the picture that I could see with my browser.
Cons:
The description says it fits "standard-size" patio furniture. I have a "standard-sized" chaise lounge and this cushion was about 6 inches (3" per side) too narrow. My arms would fall between the cushion and the chaise lounge's arms when I laid on it. The length was fine, though.
Also, the description says this cushion "will last approximately 500 hours in the sun". I thought that seemed a little bit odd, so I figured it out this way:
500 hours in the sun = 12 hrs./day (Michigan) = 40 days.
40 days?? Michigan weather might be unpredictable, but we *will* get at least 40 days of sun in one summer! ha ha I know I could cover it up like the description suggests, but with that unpredictable Michigan weather, I don't want to worry about it. I've had my patio umbrella outside in the summer sun and rain for six years, and it hasn't faded at all.
I ended up returning this cushion after two days, because it was already fading. I could flip the end up and see the color difference that quickly. I'd planned to keep this even though it was a little too narrow, but after it started fading the same weekend I put it out, I figured it would start fraying or wearing out soon and I'd be stuck with it. Returning it was a preemptive measure.
Honestly, I could've just had bad luck and gotten a badly dyed product, and that was why it faded so soon. But I didn't want it to look old and worn out by the end of its first summer...
