This is a good looking car seat with a cushiony bottom. This brand is supposedly designed by former employees of the other car seat companies. They supposedly also polled parents about what they wanted to see in the car seat, and it appears that maybe they took notes. The first thing I noticed is that there is a specific pocket designed on the back of the seat to store the instruction manual. This one won't get lost!
The cup holders are great for the child, along with the really cool look of this fabric and seat.
I love the fact that it folds up so one may store it. Additionally, headreast pulls up for growth. Not sure how this compares with others, but it is supposed to be "no gap".
I was very concerned with safety, and it appears that this brand exceeds the NTSB's expectations. I hope it will hold up over time...only time, and kids will tell.

My daughter loves her new chair. Its very comfortable and is the perfect size for her. I would get another one for our other car but they are too expensive and walmart had them at the lowest price. Otherwise a great product!!! My only other complaint is with Walmart. They lost my first chair in shipping so I had to order another chair and that chair took 2 weeks to get so it took a whole month to get the chair.

My daughter has been using this product for about 3 months now and we both love it. Not only is it stylish, but my daughter finds it very comfortable and I love the safety features. Also, when she does fall asleep in the booster seat, her head does not fall forward like it used to in her car seat. This is the only booster seat that I have purchased so I don't have anything else to compare it to, but so far it's a winner for us.

# Fits children 30 - 100 lbs., 38" to 57" tall and about 3-10 years old i beleive it says 30 to 100lbs and my daughter only 2 is 36 pounds. so depends on whats comfortable for your child so to me it doesnt have to start at the age of 5 or 8. she loves it and shes comfortable and booster seat is easy to put together

Wonderful booster seat. MUCH more sturdy than the competition. I worried about my small framed four year old in the other seats but not this one. She fits securely but has plenty of room to be comfortable and the extending headrest makes sure she'll stay safe as she grows. This is the only seat I could find that got 5 stars for ease of use from the NHTSA and it really is easy. The folding feature is really handy as are the retractable cupholders and the removable cover. I highly recommed this seat.

We(My Daughter and I) haven't had a chance to thouroughly evaluate this booster seat yet but we plan to take a couple long distance drives this summer and I'll try to update later. So far it has been Great! She says it's very comfortable and spacious. It was a breeze to set up and it's stylin too. I think it was a good value for the money.

This is a great booster seat for my six year old daughter, it supports her head and neck when she falls asleep. She picked the giraffe fabric and she liked that it has two cup holders and arm rests. The head rest is adjustable, the entire unit is light and folds. Only because I did not read the directions I did not know you had to pull the seat out very hard to open, and it makes some noise while pulling apart.

My children 5 and 3 love, love, love their new Compas boosters. They are much softer and more comfortable than the top of the line Graco booster (what we previously owned). My children are very happy. We recently traveled with the boosters and they were very easy to fold and unfold. However, they do make a huge "breaking" sound when folding/unfolding.

I purchased this product for my 6 year old Daughter. She loves the look of the seat. I was concerned that she wouldn't be comfortable when sleeping in this seat but she sleeps very well AND her head doesn't fall over. I love everything about this seat. It is perfect. The only thing that I didn't like when I first got it was that when you have to open it up from the folded position that it is in, it sounds like you are breaking it. Other than that I have NO complaints. The best feature is the arm rests fold up so that my daughter can reach over and buckle herself in. Also, the base of the seat is wide so that she has plenty of room to wiggle around. If you are looking for an excellent car seat for your growing child this is it!

This car seat is super cute and very handy. It fold up so easily, and is very cushiony. My daughter loves this. Have had two other car seats, as kids are growing, but others over a couple of months fell apart, but with the compass seats the kids are far more protected and have much more comfort than ever before and the kids love getting into the seats for long journeys, the head protection is adjustable so will have theses seats for the duration of there youth. this is a good buy!

I purchased this car seat for my 3.5 year old daughter and we absoluteley love it. The padding is nice and thick completey comfortable for long rides. The cup holders work perfectly no spilling love the arm rests.My two children fight over who gets to sit in it! We bought my 4.5 year old son an Evenflo car seat a year ago paid more money for it and have not been happy with it at all. The cup holder is useless, there does'nt seem to be much padding on it, so it is very uncomfortable for himand the sholder strap comes out all the time. Needless to say we will be purchasing another Compass car seat for him. Can't say enough good things about this car seat!

I bought this for my son after reading a lot of product reviews and going to the stores and checking out other booster seats. This by far seems like one of the most comfortable. The seat is well padded and the sides come out far enough for my son to rest his head if he naps. It's super easy to move around, although unfolding it is a little rough and makes a terrible sound like it is breaking, but I think it's supposed to do that because it hasn't broken. He loves the cup holders and I like that fact that they retract. I also like that the back of the seat rises so the seatbelt will always be in the correct position as long as we use the seat. And the giraffe print just can't be beat! The only complaint that I have is that it was a little spendy, but worth it.

This seat is nice and wide, comfortable, and safe! It arrived at our home completely put together...a HUGE plus in any parents book! I love the ease of raising the back (which you can do with the child sitting in it) and that there is no gap once the headrest is raised. I haven't used the folding feature yet, but that will come in handy on plane trips.
We have to drive 70 miles one-way to get to a WalMart and grocery store and my daughter does not complain in her new seat! That is the stamp of a great product! (Oh, and it is stylish, too!)

My daughter loves her "giraffe" seat! It is very comfortable for her and fits well in our cars. It is nice to be able to fold it compactly and stow in the trunk when we are not using it. We brought the seat along on a recent airplane trip and I was able to fold the seat and loop it over the handle of my rolling suitcase...very convenient...

I bought this seat for my 4 year old daughter, as an extra or spare so to speak. The seat we use daily in my car is very big and difficult to take in and out. This was to be used in my husbands truck, for weekend use and days out with dad, and it is awesome! Super simple, very stylish, and compact. I loved the safety rating as well.
