I got this swing used from family of 2 kids. I washed it and it looks brand new. Sound didn't work the day I was purchasing, but it wasn't big of a deal to me since I have mobile toy that plays 18 melodies that go perfect with the swing. My baby really likes those colorful birds with weird making noise leave, there's something magical about my little one can't take his eyes of that. I love that it reclines and moves lots of different ways. As for 6 different speed, I dont see much differents. I LOVE the look, but HATE how often it stops to swing 1 day it swings 1 day it doesn't. It's atomatic one so it should not be like it.

At first I loved this swing! Baby loves the mobile and the music. However after owning it for about a month it started squeaking every time it rocked. I've been using it for less than 3 months now and it's so loud because of the squeaking. Thank goodness my baby is a deep sleeper but it certainly gets annoying for Mom! When you pay this much for something it should not be so annoying! It could be because I have a big baby. He's almost 3 months and weighs 14 lbs and was 9 and 1/2 lbs at birth. Fisher Price should realize that some babies are big!

Swing barely moved after two months

I did a lot of research before I bought this swing and wanted one I could plug in and not solely rely on costly batteries. I ordered it online and was very pleased with it at first. My 4mth old son liked the mobile part and would just stare at it. However, after about two months..it started to get slower and slower on the fastest speed. He wasnt too heavy for the swings weight limit so Im not quite sure what the problem could of been. I will be returning it as soon as possible. For that kind of money, it should last at least a year.

I have already owned this same swing before, but silly me sold it in yard sale thinking baby#4 was going to be my last! So i'm expecting baby#5 and have bought it again. I love the fact that you can plug it into the wall instead of wasting money on batteries!

I love this swing. My daughter started to like it around 4 weeks. She still does not care for the Mobil but she loves the picture of the elephant on the side of the swing. A/C adapter is great to save money. The only thing I don't like is that its too fast for a newborn. My
daughter is 10 lb now and we had to attach a brick to the bottom of the sit to make it slower. With all that weight the first speed is great. Overall it's a great buy for the money.

I can't give it an excellent rating because I have only had it for 2 weeks and have used it a couple of times for my newborn grandchild. The only thing I can say at this point is, on the lowest setting it swings a little too fast for a newborn.

Great swing, and being able to plug it into the wall is wonderful!! That way you don't go thru multiple batteries! We also enjoy the way you can position the way the swing swings!! Our little guy is 3 weeks and starting to enjoy it more each day! We definitely would recommend this swing to anyone!

I really liked the openness of this swing and the mobile. It's leg span is not as big as some others so its a little more compact.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it takes up a lot of space. It may have to be designed that way for ergonomic reasons. The baby loves it though and all of the sounds too. It was a great value for a plug in swing, not having to buy batteries is a big plus.

Item returned. Would barely swing with our 15pound baby in it - a light rocking is not enough to keep asleep. This would only worsen as he gained weight. For the more fidgety/active babies like mine, the chair was too small and confining especially with the plastic base for the tray. He hated it! We purchased it because it was a plugin, had two ways to swing, and bright looking but none of that matters if your baby sits in it crying.

This product was to be a Christmas present for our grandchild. When it was opened a key part was missing. When Fisher Price was called, they obviously could care less and only offered a refund. They would not send the missing part, or exchange the item for a new one. I have always trusted fisher price products, but I will never buy anything from them again. On the other hand, our local Walmart store was very helpful, and offered to exchange the item for a comparable product. We are very pleased with Walmart's Customer service, and frankly very unhappy with how Fisher Price dealt with us. Thanks Walmart.

I had this product for my newborn son, who is 4 now...my little sister had it for my niece who is now 5...we liked it, so knew are baby sister could use one too! Unfortunately we gave it away, but was determined to get her what we had positive experince with. This review of excellency is based on 3 mother's opinions. The best part about it is that it can be plugged in opposed to buying batteries.

I decided to buy this because of the price and the features it has, like it has a wall plug-in and many sounds. One thing that I did not like is the paddings kinda thin. It doesn't have enough cushion like other brand. And the baby is more sit upright rather laying down. Overall, it's a good deal. I'm happy.

My grandson love"s his swing very much he was born at 22 weeks old a very very premiee. And he pulled through and is doing well thank God so his developement is very important, and the rainforst color's keep him so entertained and he love's to focus on the moblie it has, and he just smile's big looking at it. The swing's speeds only go from fast to faster. The only way to get a slow speed (per the instructions with the swing) is to put a blanket in one side of the swing so that it drags on the floor and slows the swing down. Our little one came early and is too small for the swing just yet. It would be nice if it reclined back further to accommodate little babies, and if it had a slow speed. Great price at wal-mart on a fisher price swing.
