Prior to this basketball hoop we tried one from Lifetime and it was terrible. The instructions were poorly written and the pictures were of no help.
With this hoop the instructions were much easier to understand and the pictures provided an accurate depiction of the product.
One thing I don't understand is why companies continue to use diagrams in instruction manuals. Why is it so hard to use actual photos of the product and actual photos of the areas of detail? Haynes Automotive manuals have figured out a way to do this...why can't other companies?

It was easy to assemble. Material is good quality very strudy.
