As was season five of Dallas, I am currently having the same problem with season six. So far one of the discs is giving me the same trouble. I have to put up the volume in order to listen to it. I will be returning this season as I have done with season five. hopefully, when they send me another one it will be better.
In the stores defense, I have purchased many dvds and never had any problem .

I am having a really hard time ordering Dallas, season 6. Twice I've ordered it, and twice the DVD box was damaged, due to the poor packaging at the warehouse. I wish Walmart would address this issue, and soon.

I have been trying to order this DVD, but twice I got the DVD in damaged condition. The box was damaged. I am collecting the entire series, but I can't seem to get past the 5th season. Walmart needs to package these DVD's in something other than a flimsy plastic bag.
