This shelf is great for DVDs and videos. We ordered and are very satisfied. Be sure that you read the demensions. We measured the place where we would put it and it is perfect. It is not big so just be sure.

I have two of these canoes and they are holding my 200+ collection of DVD's. Very easy to assemble, but the only thing really holding the top of the stand is the tacks for the cardboard backing so make sure your not so rough with it. I've had the first one for two years now and it is still in the same condition it was in when we put it together. I just put the second up yesterday so no photo yet.

I liked this DVD shelving unit. I actually ordered another onliine after I received this one. It will NOT hold 115 DVDs, I don't know where they get that number... and I actually had a shelf left over that I didn't have room to put in the unit. But I did like it! It is pretty small, so make sure you measure out how much room it will/not take (why I ordered another). Not all that sturdy, but sturdy enough for DVDs and little nicknacks. I'd recommend it!

This is a nice cabinet that is perfect for storing DVDs. Assembly was easy and it looks good in the den. It is not a great piece of furniture, but it certainly looks very nice for the price.

The product was horrible, I am very good at putting things together and following the instructions. The materials were not of vey good quality and that made it impossible for it to be sturdy enough for use. I threw it in the dumpster after it was put together .

I already had one on these on one side of my big screan TV and I needed another one to put on the other side. I thought it was more brown like in the picture and it is not. It is actually black which is the color I was wanting. Easy to put together and very strong.

I bought three of these, and am satisfied overall. They are very attractive in the space, and hold about 110 movies apiece. They are cheaply made (the tops of the shelves are not very even, and they gap in the front or back depending on how you nail the back piece to it), but for the price I paid for them I expected it. They are going to work just fine until I can afford to have a custom piece made. I was even able to put them together myself, which is a plus.

This product does the job well considering the price is so affordable. The wood was a bit darker than we expected, and the quality isn't top-notch, but it definitely holds all of our DVD's, as we hoped it would. We may purchase another one for future DVD purchases.

I read a few reviews before purchasing this product, and some people seemed really disappointed in it, but really, for $15 what do you expect? I would say, it does the job, it's easy to assemble, and if you have dark wood furniture, it will blend in nicely. The color is very dark, almost black, so when they say it is "espresso" I think they are referring to the color of the grounds and not the brewed coffee :P. The little curves of the face pieces hide 2 DVDs on either side of the top and bottom shelves, 1 on either side of the second and fourth shelves, and none in the middle. I used some of the styrofoam it came packaged with to fill in those spaces so that I would have access to all my DVDs/CDs. It works, and the foam is well hidden. All in all, I would say that it isn't the most beautiful DVD rack, but it's pretty sturdy, it does the job, and you can't beat the price for a finished piece of furniture.

Not a stable shelving unit,

The complete back of the shelving unit is card board! I was not happy with that at all. Putting it together was a little fustrating because I felt that it was not stable enough with the pegs and little nails that came with it so I had to use my own nails (about 8) just to secure the whole thing better. That back card board is flimsy and could easily be damged when putting things and taking things off the shelf you shouldn't press objects up against the back for fear of ripping or puncturing it. You get what you pay for. I got it because I wanted something cheap and slim that looked halfway decent. It does look nicer than most dvd shelf options out there just wish the quality was a little better.
