Cushions very uncomfortable,

The so-called headrest at the top of the cushion is only good for short people. If you are over 5'10" or so, this overly thick cushion top will hit you at about your shoulders, not your head. This forces you to lean forward in an uncomfortable position and your back gets little support. I found the only fix was to carefully remove the curved line of stitching that separates the thick headrest from the rest of the back cushion. You then have to remove about 10 or 12" of the stitching at the base of the cushion. You can then stick your arm up inside the cushion. There is a seperate piece about 3" thick at the top of the cushion. You can carefully pull this piece out. You will have to reach back in to smooth out the other slabs of cushioning, then restitch the opening at the base closed again. Its a bit of work, but you will end up with very comfortable cushions. Well worth the effort!! Use brown polyester or nylon thread to sew the opening closed.

For the price you pay, these should be delivered assembled. I wish the table was square. I purchased 2 sets and could have put the tables together to make one decent sized one. The cushions are very comfy. Two of the base pieces came dented and bent but after unpacking and putting them together you are not about to bring them back! I wish the color was a littly happier.

Quality is good but doesn't sit comfortably. I ordered on line and broke one of my rules to always try something before purchasing. We are good sized people and the cushion roll on top hits you in the shoulders rather than in the neck. Very uncomfortable. I have to pull it up before sitting.

Cushions are terrible,

I had a different BHG set for years and absolutely loved the swivel rockers. They finally rusted so bad they were no longer safe so I reluctantly had to discard them. To replace the old chairs I bought two of the Bistro sets because it was the only way I could get four swivel rockers. I assembled two of the chairs and eagerly sat in one of them to test it out. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! The overly thick headrest actually hits me at the top of my shoulders pushing my body into a very uncomfortable forward position and not giving my back any real support. I am just a little over 6 ft tall and these cushions could not accomodate anyone over 5'5". What a joke. Paid almost $650 for these chairs and I hate them. Glad I did not open the second box, they are all going back to Walmart.

We Got this set this weekend & it is Awesome!!! Although one of the chair cushions was ripped, I called & they are sending out a replacement. So Far Great Customer Service!!! The Rockers were very easy to assemble & so was the table. The pieces are very high quality & the rockers are soooo comfortable. I highly recommend this set for anyone who has a smaller patio that needs a dining table, but the regular sized ones are just to big. I would definitely buy this set again!

I bought this set 2 years ago and was very happy with it until this summer. Both of the chairs are falling apart. The seat straps are broke on one of the chairs and the other one completely broke in two at the base where it swivels and rocks.

Although these chairs are comfortable, they are not the ones that I really wanted. I thought from the looks of them online it was a product I seen last yr. at my local WalMart but it wasn't. But I will keep them as they are nice looking and not too big and bulky for my smaller porch.

The last version of the bistro set was much better. This newer version is sturdy, yes. But the cushions are stiff and slightly undersized for the chair. Because of this, the cushion headrest bulges out and pushes your head forward into an uncomfortable position. For the price, BHG should have done better!

Purchased a few weeks ago, so resiliency unknown. Put all 3 pieces together myself in about 1/2 an hour, although I did not use the wrenches that were included and opted for a ratchet, which made it go a lot quicker. Chairs are very comfortable, and the fabric seems to be very durable. Touch up paint for the frame was included, which should come in handy down the road. For those doing site to store, you need an SUV or truck for pick up, as the box is fairly large. Definitely would recommend this set.

I purchased this set because it looked nice on the website. Once I received the item, I was not pleased with the head rest and the cushions. The head rest is not very comfortable and I prefer cushions with more thickness and padding. I immediately drove to several stores to look for better cushions to go with the chairs. I feel for the price that I paid, I should not have to replace the cushions.

This 3 piece cafe set was exactly as I expected, and I purchased 2 sets. It is as nice as the reviews I read prior to purchasing. The only issues we had was one hole not drilled in exactly the correct place and the 'touch up paint' that came with it had opened and spilled all over the screws and caps, etc.
We look forward to enjoying the summer season out on the deck in this new comfy furniture!
