Easy to assemble. Be careful though when attaching the pipe to the base. Have the hole lined up so when you attach the umbrella it will be facing the right way. The instructions are not specific and this step is crucial.

This seemed very cheap (even for the low price) and poorly designed. The crank is very high up which was awkward, especially since I am not tall. It was disappointing and I am returning it to the store.

I filled the sand trays and put the umbrella into the stand, but when I turned the crank to open the umbrella, it didn't open. I called the customer service number and they are in the process of sending me a new umbrella. I like the material the umbrella is mado of, but if the inner works don't work properly to open the umbrella it won't do me any good. Maybe I'll have a chance to update my review once the new umbrella arrives.

Purchased this product online and waited two weeks for it to be shipped to the store near me. I just recieved it last night and got up this am to assemble it and there is no directions and no hardware. Now it is going to take two to three weeks to get the hardware from the company. The summer is going to be almost gone by then. I am not a happy camper.

This umbrella looks great and my 10 year old helped me assemble it. Two things to point out...one, the base is rather large, so keep that in mind when considering this product and where you plan on placing it. Two, when you open the materials and get to the knob on the pole that adjusts the height and angle of the umbrella, BE SURE NOT to lose the small nut that is inside of it, as I did at first and could not figure out why the bolt was not attaching to anything, then my husband came out and found the nut in his flower pot! Very nice looking for the price.

This is a good product for the money. It is easy to move if you don't fill the bottom completely with water. Be sure to open and close correctly. My daughter did not know what she was doing, opened incorrectly and left it up with fairly high winds. The wind knocked it over and the canvas ripped in several places. Of course if the bottom was filled all the way up, it may not have tipped over.. I went out and bought another the next day!!!

I really like this umbrella. It is a deep tan color and the umbrella shades a large area. We have a terraced patio and NO trees in our back yard, this umbrella works very well to shade our table and surrounding seating without shading all of our landscaping. Easy to move, but I filled the base with sand(tedious, but better looking than a sand bag on top of the base) so moving it is not a quick process. I put it together myself in about an hour, including filling the base. This was with the help of our 4 year old.

I have been looking at an offset umbrella for a lot more money and was hesitant. I found this for under $100 with delivery and decided this would be a good trial. I have had it for about two weeks and am very pleased. Setup was very simple. You can angle it and it gives great coverage. As far as longevity is concerned, I can't comment. I do put it down every night and haven't had any issues with wind. A very good product at a good price.

when i received this product the main pole that holds it up was missing so i called manufacturer to replace the part they told me 10 days to receive it. 14 later i still have no part and now they tell me it is on backorder and it could be another month plus to receive it. all in all it looks like a nice umbrella as the other reviewers have said but i cant tell as it has been sitting on my office floor since the ups has dropped it off. plus it is a hassle trying to reach customer service as the line is always busy & the company is all the way in canada! definately will not buy anything from this company again!!!!!!!

This is a great umbrella if you want to move it around your patio depending on the sun. Very easy to install and open up even if you are short! The umbrella is large enough to give shade to a table with 6- 8 chairs and is high enough that you don't feel like air can't get through. Great value.

This is a great umbrella and with walmart sale price, it is the best deal around. I have search for similar umbrella on-line and at stores, and no one could even come close to the price from walmart. Excellent umbrella and come with the base with wheels too. Even my teenager can move this umbrella around the back yard. Other places that sells umbrellas without base would cost the consumer around $30-$40 to puchase a base separately. I love this umbrella. The color is superb tan.

I am not happy with this product at all. I ordered this product and it got in very quickly. I rushed down to put it up and have my husband put it together and we got it home and there was NO parts to put the umbrella together. When I called the number they provided it was a continuous busy signal. I tried for 2 days straight, called several times. Finally after 2 days I just returned the product for a refund.

I bought this umbrella to shade my small patio (12x13) when my 2 year old is out playing. It went together without too much trouble and does shade over half of the patio. My only complaint is that it doesn't swivel (I thought it was supposed to but was mistaken). If they could add that as a feature so you could shade different areas without dragging the entire base around that would make it perfect! Even without a swivel feature it is a great product for the price.

My husband and I have been looking for an umbrella for a while and have run into prices up to $600 for this. This is very large, easy to put up, can be angled, and you can't beat the price. There are only a couple of things about this that could be improved...but they are easy to live with. The first is that the one wheel is not very useful to pull the thing with, and it is in the center so when it teeters while moving you still end up dragging it a bit, especially once you fill it with sand or water. So it works better staying in one place. The second is that the turn handle to put the umbrella up or down does not lock or stop...so you can wind it all the way out and then when you let go it slaps backwards pretty fast if you have gone too far and can leave quite a bruise on your hand (yes, I know this from experience.) But other than that we love this product!

this umbrella is great. i used it over the past holiday. i had other umbrellas before but the wind blew them down, on people head while eating and wind was not that high. but this one with the base make it a smart buy.base is also easy to move around in the yard.
