Stormie has written many books that have helped me to gain spiritual understanding. This book is wonderful for parents that want to dedicate their children's lives to the Lord and get a better understanding on how to give God the reigns of your child's life and to have complete peace knowing God has a plan for their life. We have a job to be good examples of God's word and teach them His ways, but we also need to PRAY! Great book!

Gleaning prayers of such tenaciounes was learned from Stormie. The prayers, life stories, and scriptural application teach me to fight on my feet with powerful, direct, conversations with God. This book has been used by me for years. I love the subject categories that focus on topical highlight of raising kids of any age-A parent must buy this book. Drag "The Power of a Praying Parent" off the shelf again in adversity...and pray it's directive prayers. I feel completely covered~praying educated prayers over my family. This is one of my favorite books! Stormie...sorry for your childhood pain but it's given us a slice of heaven.
