Purchased this bench for my son not expecting a great product for the price. Boy were we surprised after putting together! Very sturdy, looks like the ones I see at the gym and now his friends come over to use almost every day.

I saved about $60 by buying this online and shipping it to my local Walmart store. No shipping charges when shipped to a Walmart. The unit is easy to assemble, sturdy and nice looking.

I had been looking at this bench for about a few months and finally decided it was time to get it. I went to my locally walmart and they had it for $90 clearance. It took about two hours to set it up. Tested out all the different attachments. Its great for curls, bench press and squats. The leg attachment is useless. I love this bench and would have paid full price. Check your store before you order online they may be clearanced.

As most other reviews have stated, a good bench at a great price with uprights that can hold 300 lbs. The negative aspects to consider before purchasing this are 1. The leg extension is a complete joke. The pads rest right in the middle of your shins so unless you are an 8 year old forget about even using it except for your hamstrings which don't even seem to work well. 2. The uprights could go a little higher for military presses and squats but I'm 6'4 so it won't be an issue for most. 3. The bench can't adjust to a 90 degree angle. You can always use a chair I guess but it would have been nice to just use your bench.

GREAT MODERATE LIFTING BENCH,

This is a great bench for the moderate user (not for pressing 350lbs+). You will need a 72 inch long barbell. The only issue with my order is that it came with the bottom sliced open and I am missing two tubes and some hardware. I have to work on getting these now. I have the bench 98% assembled and I need these parts!

The bar holder and the seat are pretty sturdy. And the main reason I bought this product is the safety spotters; really helpful because I work out alone. Easy to move around too because of two separate pieces. Good product!

Seat doesn't angle at all,

The seat doesn't angle at all. Which means that during inclines, you slide off the seat (because it stays flat and doesn't form a 90 degree with the incline back). And for decline, forget about it, it'll wreck your back right at the lumbar. Plus, the only "official" decline setting is like down 2 inches. Poor design. The led extension pads are also designed for people under 5 feet tall. First the pivot point can't line up with the knee. Second, the pads hit you in the middle of your shins. Combined, this wrecks your knees. Poor design.

this bench is nice because it can be moved around and you can do a lot on it. very worth the money. normal weights don't work on the leg part, you have to have olympic sized weights or the hole in the middle is not big enough. came with a nice chart to hang on the wall of the different exercises and what they target.

I bought this product yesterday and i was excited to get it set up but once i saw the instructions it caused a bit of confusion because it would show a screw number and a part to be connected to something else but then i realized that those parts wee already put together; also the bench was sortof hard to put together because my screws didnt match to great but it is very sturdy and i am very satisfied with this bench.

This is a very good bench press. It holds a good amount of weight for the average bench presser. I am only a beginner so I only take it up to 135 but I am steadily increasing being only a 14 year old. With this bench you are able to target all of the muscle areas. I saw a bench similar to this in Sear's for over 50 dollars more expensive so this is the best you'll get for this price. Also, this bench can only support a 7' foot standard or olympic bar, so if you are looking for a cheap olympic bar and weight set I recommend going to sears for that. Overall this is an amazing bench and should hold up for years to come.

Quality bench worth the price. Took my 11 year old daughter and I less than 3 hours to assemble. Have been using it 4 days a week for two weeks now with no problems. You can cover all body parts with this machine even your back, a complete workout. Would recommend this product to others.

Please realize this is for home use and it is not fair to compare it to gym equipment. That being said, I found this product to be everything I needed in a home workout station. The two biggest things I like about this product is the decline/flat/incline bench capabilities. The second would be the bench can be moved away making squats and other exercises easily accessable using the independent holding rack(or whatever you feel like calling it). I highly recommend this product over others in its category.

I wanted to get a little more serious about weight lifting, so I bought this bench. The bench is and the barbell holder is good. Very study design; it took me about an afternoon to assemble. The part about the bench I find disappointing is the leg attachment. It might be ok for someone who is about 5'3. Other than that, this is a good bench.
