I have owned this printer for several months now and use it daily. Also have a laser printer but prefer this one. Not difficult to hook up, CD was straightforward installation. Have a XEROX copier but prefer to make copies from this one, contols degree of darkness I want. Got discouraged because of a paper jam problem and eventually found there actually was a paper jam. Removed it and printed fine. If my computer was as easy to use as this printer I would have nothing to complain about. Put my Lexmark in the used to like department.It doesn't hold a candle to this HP. Ink is a bit pricey. Menu was a little tricky but mastered it, then read the instructions.

I'm a college student and I bought this item to save me money on ink. I first thought that this product was too expensive but it has already paid for itself. I bought the product, used it and loved it. I bought this in August and I printed a status sheet from my printer in December and it said that I had printed over 800 sheets of paper and that my black ink level is at 80%, two of my color cartridges were at 90% and the others are practically full. . . amazing!!

I love this printer. With the capacity to put any memory stick directly into the face of the printer and be able to edit and print your pictures (just that easy) the quality of the prints is unbelievable, or make color or regular copies, scan, print envelopes, this printer/copier/scanner couldn't be easier to use! And the machine tells you when the colors are getting low, as for the ease of changing the color cartridges...just lift the top and easily access and change out the cartridges. I'd recommend it to anyone!

This printer worked great right out of the box!!! I would recommend the HP Premium PLUS paper instead of the HP Premium paper that comes with it. The print quality is so much better on the PLUS.
