Their is too much trial and error for this thing. When you get it right it is great. I usually have to mess up the first thing I cook. But it is real good when you get it right. First stake I got it over-done. The secound 18min was just right. Just seems like they need to give you more information. Price seem a little high just depends on how good it holds up. Another thing I was really put out that this thing was all over TV but you couldn't find it in any store.. As for me this is is not using your or their advertising to the fullest. Christmas Holiday's and New Year . You Probably lost out as it couldn't get mailed in time for the holidays. Thank for letting me review.

I was extremely disappointed when we opened the box - it's much smaller than appears, dimensions are deceiving, rack is either made incorrectly or was broken (didn't appear to be broken though). The only cake pans that would fit in the oven would be 8" round or square pans or "toaster oven baking pans", not regular pans. It didn't even appear that the oven was large enough to roast a chicken. Returned it immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had another infrared oven in the past and the company doesnt make it anymore. I moved and left it behind. I wanted a new toaster oven for my new place. I went looking online and found this one. More money but its worth it. Computer works really well. Makes the perfect toast fast and evenly. I recommend this very highly. Not overly wide on countertop. The only improvement I say is that the power cord would be longer and the window door have a spring on it so it doesnt drop on the counter. Thank you Black and Decker for making this and I also found out the make a toaster using the same technology. Only saw it online.

manual with the machine is very poor, does not explain veru much at all. toast good on top side poor on botom, bake taters take forever. pork chop in bowl takes a little longer than the toaster over, but was OK. will use ot a little longer to see if I can get to understand it. I wanted it to replace he toaster, the toaster overn and the microwave. so far I have brought the microwave back from the shed to use

I've had the Infrawave a few weeks now and have been experimenting. It's great for frozen foods, which is the main reason I bought it. Individual pizzas, casseroles, chicken wings, and the like. When I get home late, I don't want to start preheating or eat microwave goop, this fills the need well. It broils about as well as my oven's broiler, but it can't compare to the outside grill. And the speed at which it toasts (since it took the toaster's place on the counter) is like magic. Great for English Muffin Pizza. :-)

Had my infrawave oven for about 2 mos. and have made chicken breasts, pork loin short ribs, sausage and a few items that I have reheated. Like it very much for moist cooking and it reheats pizza and bread products very well. Seems very energy efficient compared to full size oven with not pre-heating required. I cooked the chicken breasts in frozen state and they were delicious!! Just two of us semi-retired folks and find this a great convenience and are very satisfied with the looks and performance..

I replaced my toaster oven with this item, and it really makes great toast in a flash. I am still getting used to the other features. I tried to make refrigerator cookies, and getting the time right is kind of hit or miss. I've only had the oven for a couple of weeks, so I'm sure I'll figure it out after a while.

I have owned the B "and D infra wave for only two weeks max. I am still in the "playing stage". I have been successful with cookies, brownies, chicken nuggets,frozen potato produts, etc.In making mexican cornbread, the top did not brown consistently all over without me moving the skillet. Once I work it some more ,I think it wiil be a great kitchen tool.No pre-heating! Cooking times are lessened by about a third,and it doesn't heat up the kitchen like the regular oven. I believe it is far superior to the regular type toaster oven.
