We bought these for our son as a Christmas present and they didn't even make it the entire day before one of the ear pieces fell apart. Also, my son said that he heard static during the little time he did get to use them.

I got a wireless headset from JCp and it was a piece of cheap junk, it work ok but the ear piece boke right from the box, cost 19.99. When I got this headset from Walmart, I put in the bateries and it works great and the headset rest very comfy on my head, the only thing I dislike was the the transmeter is a bit too big. all in all, it works very good, sounds great and very clear.

I was wanting a wireless headphone that was low cost and decent quality. This headset was low cost for me, but I had to hold my head a certain way to get a clear reception. I was less than ten feet from the TV, but I experienced a lot of interference. I guess I will try another headphone with a cord. I appreciated the return policy at WalMart. It made it easy and simple.

Disappointing! I found that if you put the transmitter too close to the TV, all you hear is a buzz. Even if you can move the transmitter far enough away from the TV to actually hear it, the buzz returns after about 30 minutes of use. The transmitter can accept an AC adapter but does not come with one. Sentry does not even make an adapter for this. I have found several AC adapters that meet the requirements of 12 volts at 200 mA, but the polarity is wrong. To top it all off, the headphones are very uncomfortable. Don't waste your money on these.

Very poor reception from 8 feet. Price was a lot less than most places, but would gladly paid twice as much to get better quality. Walmart is still one of the best stores I have shopped in. I am a retired military man and have shopped around the world.

The sound had a lot of static with the headphones less than 3 feet sway. Also, when used in my daughter's condo, picked up the sound from her neighbor's stereo system instead of the TV which the unit was plugged into.

It seemed like a great buy from the ad description, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. My head size is probably average but these headphones were much to tight with no way to adjust them. There was a general buzzing when the volume was turned up to hearing level which was not quite loud enough. My hearing is normal. I would not recommend these headphones.

These headphones work well for my tv and even the radio, but when you are transmitting high frequency sound the headphones like to black out. I would guess that the transmitter gets overloaded. This only occurs when I'm playing war games with my Wii, so in most cases this product would have no negative effects. This product does not come with a wall plug, so beware- you'll need a 9 volt battery for the transmitter or go out and buy an adapter.

My husband bought this pair of headphones as a pre-Christmas gift. He goes to sleep early and I always had to turn the TV so low I couldn't hear it. He decided it was not fair for me not to be able to watch some programs just because he went to sleep early so he bought them as a surprise for me. All I can say is I love them! They are easy to use, I can hear the TV even if I am in the furthest room away from the TV. Simple to hook up and the sound is just like the TV without static or any extra noise. I have taken the headset off, laid it down and I could not hear any noise coming from them. They are great and not expensive.

These earphones are okay, and the quailty is about what I expected for $20. The problem is that the 9v battery in the transmitter unit gets drained after just a few hours of listening. AC Adapters are available for a reasonable price, but there are at least 2-dozen types of plugs available, and the product info sheet doesn't specify the exact type of adapter plug it requires. I ended up taking the base to Radio Shack and paying $30 to power this $20 piece of gear. Plan on setting aside 50-bucks to get acceptable usage on this product. I recommend to Sentry that they raise the price by 5- or 10-bucks and include an AC adapter in the package.
