Ionic Pro Turbo Air Purifier

It did a good job filtering, the air seemed real fresh, but after about 2 weeks it started making a real weird noise and I read the book and cleaned it like the owners manual said and waited 24 hours to plug it in and it worked for another 2 days and it started making the same weird noise so I cleaned it again waited another 24 hours to plug it back in But this time it continued to make the weird noise but it was much louder so I boxed it up and took it back. Wal-Mart was more then happy to refund my money. I might have gotten a bad unit, I don't know I'll let you be the judge.

Have been using it for over a month & it's working great. NO NOISE!!! Me and both of my daughters have allergies & after a few hours we could tell a big difference. The olny thing is at night the blue led
is as bright as a night light.

The Ionic Turbo Air Purifier: This product has met my needs as an air purifier used to clean the air of smoke, dust and all other nasty things in the air. I had the Ionic Breeze and I can tell you this, I love my Ionic Turbo Air Purifier more. It runs quiet and very easy to keep clean. No filters to change.
It also helps with my sons Asthma.

I bought the air purifier about two weeks ago, and within 24 hours, the air was clear of the cigarette smoke from the neighbors in the next apartment. The smoke was affecting my baby's breathing, and now he no longer is struggling to breathe and the apartment smells clean. I have it in the large closet where the smoke enters the apartment. It seems I will need to clean my filters every two weeks, but that is okay as long as the air is safe and healthy to breathe. I am glad I spent the money on it.

I was one of the original purchasers of the first generation Ionic. After many years (8 years), it died. I purchased this one which is cheaper than the first one I purchased and it's black. Being black will help hide the soot that drys on the front of it. (All of the soot will not wash completely off) As far as being a turbo, this I can not verify. But, it clears the air. And, I like that it kills mold spours which the first generation did not. All of this and it's still quiet. I love this product.

Noticed the difference almost immediately and within an hour room air fresh as outside. Love it so much I've already purchased 2 more Ionics.

We live in a villa whose filtration system is very poor, pathetically poor!!! The first day, within hours, I could smell the fresh-cleaness in the air. I am a clean freak to begin with, so this was an added plus, I always found myself dusting, but not any more. This really has helped us. It seems to be doing what our central air should be doing(filtration wise)!!!!!! I even went back & bought another one within the week of getting our first one!!!! GOD BLESS the individuals who have invented this product!!!!

OK, I see a ton of great reviews here and at first I really loved mine, but I think like everybody else I was in love with the "idea" of this device than being objective and watching it over a long period of time. I got this one after the smaller version didn't really cut it for me. I still give this a 3 star on meeting expectations, but value and price I only give it a 2 star as I feel it is way over priced. Dust goes in one end and out the other (though after hours of running it finally clears the room even in low dust rooms). Overall rating I still give a 3 star. If you asked me months ago I would have given this a 4 or 5 star because like everybody else I love the "idea' of this machine. I have to agree it does well with smells and oders but the ionized air smell gets weird after a while. Instead of reminding me of air after a rain it's more like static smell. I can watch dust go in one side and out the other continually until it makes its way around again and eventually gets caught, but the plastic grills need constant cleaning due to dust being trapped all through this machine. And I live in a house where there isn't a ton of dust anyway. I've gone back to a combonation of my old HEPA filter machine and this device and both together do better. I might also purchase a HEPA filter / Ionic filter machine that have both built in. Anyway, if this product was at least 30% or 40% cheaper than what it's priced I would give it a 4 star but the price simply is too high. Even for someone who has money this product is outragiously over priced for what it actually can do. yes, it's good with odors but the Turbo is only worth less than $90 to me. And the regular smaller Ionic Pro is even worse by comparison. Don't get me wrong I like both versions of this divice but it's simply over priced for what it actually does. There are things this seems to do that my HEPA doesn't but there are things my HEPA catches that this doesn't, so a combonation of the two is ideal.

I purchased this product about 1 month ago and notice a difference in the air quailty in 1 day after it running. Really eazy to use! We have two dogs in the house and REALLY improved the smell and also has removed alot of dust. Would highly recommend this product! Make sure and check your local store before purchasing though, internet states not sold in stores but was sold in our local store. Was not given back my shipping and processing.
